I liked the wide range of services, the overview, the announcements about the unpaid invoices, the reports and statistics, as well as the easiness use when you enter your customers and services at the platform and the professional view of the invoices.

After the addition of 2 customers in the total of 5 customers in the free version, there isn't something I don't like. Maybe it could be an app too. Now the invoicing is made only on the web.

I really enjoyed using Elorus and found its invoicing features to be particularly impressive. The platform made it easy to create and send professional-looking invoices, and I appreciated how intuitive and user-friendly the overall interface was. Overall, I would definitely recommend Elorus to anyone looking for a streamlined and effective invoicing solution.

It can be a little finicky at times, with occasional glitches or bugs. And while there are a bunch of integrations, the options are a bit limited compared to other invoicing tools out there. Also, some of the fancier features might take a bit of getting used to if you're not super tech-savvy.

It was easy transition to the cloud solution. It's very easy to use. The integration with digital signature solution is great. The integration with the local tax organizations (taxisnet) Did we mention that it's really ease to use?

The export and import of data (especially contacts) would benefit from more options and easier process. Reporting could also have more options.

Very easy to use, especially for our small business needs. We love the export functionality and helps us to fill our tax reports. The new connection with Taxisnet is great.

There a re no cons, or at least in features that we use. Maybe a nice feature that is missing is the ability to import sheets from bank transactions in order to use it as a book keeping tool. Or a balance sheets export. So maybe the absence of advanced features is the con!

The ease of use, the nice, clean interface and its speed set it apart. Also pricing is not bad.

It lacks some of the more advanced features of the competition, which would move it towards the entry-level ERP category. Also, the digital signature feature is quite limited and so is the customization of the invoices.

Seamless connectivity with the government's portal making submitting of invoices a real joy.

Nothing much to say, if I had to say something, then maybe the automatic submission of the invoice to the client, not as a link but as an attachment.

Invoice creation gives you a lot of room for maneuver and Elorus lets you take full control over the customization . The program also tracks time ,which is great if you have billable hours ( this doesn't directly apply to my work ,but is still a great feature ) .

Premium is a bit pricey ,however you can add extra users for about 20% of the cost . There is also no mobile version .

Elorus is very easy to use, friendly environment and a way to keep all our Clients and business economics together.

Everything was ok !! We had no problems working with Elorus.

The interface of the system, how light the system is and that is a saas, you dont have to download and install any software.

You dont have the option to add numbering on the receipts. I believe a mobile application is a must as i found myself very often on the go.

Some difficulties in building some document templates

Not cons, just some features that would make the use of the software easier - A welcome guide for setting up invoice templates, connections etc. - Export of expenses to excel on the expenses view along side with attachments, on the actions menu - Easier method to add expenses (probably email the pdf/image of the receipt to a unique email address per user and automatically create a new expense and add the pdf/image, after that nlp and image recognition could be added on top) - Ability to hide some menus that a user is not using, hide some widget from the frontpage for a cleaner view.

Actually I have nothing to say here. Epecially when comparing with the big companies producing similar software

Elorus is a very user-friendly product and can be used by anyone. Elorus offers a very wide range of options in order to organise your company. Also,you can get answers to your problems from the customer support who are always friendly and ready to help you.

In my experience with Elorus i have not met any difficulties or any missing details.

Easy to use I like the feature that notifies you via email when a client has viewed your invoice I like how I can track my payments

The new feature with the time tracking doesn't really work for me. I just need an easy way to add hours to a project i'm working on and at the end of the month make an invoice aout of all the hours.

Thank you for your review! As far as Time Tracking is concerned, you can manually log time for any of your projects via the time entries page. User Friendly, Great Support, Great Web Api, Very Good Value for Money. Very Good Choice, Highly Recomended.

No code samples for Web Api calls. Documentation accurate but not 100%. Not a lot of negative things to say really...

It is really difficult to find a negative point.

I like the graphical interface, every little detail has been thought of. All graphical elements are where they should be, making my life really easy. The product offers a plethora of features for any type of business. Multiple invoice template gives me the freedom to invoice customers from various countries. The platform provides various ways to send and share invoices even providing alerts for when a customer has opened an invoice.

Nothing in particular. Everything is great.

I could have up to 5 new clients in the free version. Also, loved the customer service whenever I needed it.

I only use it for a month now, so no cons so far.
