The request management system is pretty good. We have integrated it via its API with our in-house issue tracking software: the integration was a little awkward but once set-up hasn't given us any problems.

Free integrations is one of the positive things which is attracted to many users.I would recommend others to use the free trial and check if its worth for the price point. It's nice to be able to provide compensation for employees who travel for the time they are actually traveling. I would like more tracking capability though, for not every employee is honest.

You have to approve billing items, then create invoices, then go into each invoice and choose an invoice "template", then send them out to clients. Good, for smaller 1-5 man operations it is recommended as it is simpler to configure and thus being less time consuming overall. I love that the software does everything in one screen related to my ticket tracking system. I also like the quickbooks integration.

Having the ability to keep separate companies on one platform that is affordable makes me much happier. Ability to view accounts, excellent customer service, helpful tutorials. Some functions are confusing for example, to overwrite GST or PST. There is no formal instruction on how to perform these functions.
