Pros

Not only is it easy to use, but customer service is excellent. I love getting to work with them.
The ease of use, the sync'ng capabilities, and the upload features were some of the best. Also, it was very cost effective.
The new TriNet Expense app has been wonderful. Its saved me a lot of time and is very easy to navigate.

Pros

It is very simple to use and accomplish all of my goals and it is a very good program to use. Very nice user interface on a big screen.
Great features, easy to use, great quality, and customer support is excellent.
I like its easy to use interface and display layout. The reports it is able to produce are also really useful and easy.

Cons

I was using it in less than 10 min. No pain and no hassle which is what you want with any app your new to.
You have to upload receipts one at a time. This is annoying and takes forever.
However, at least once every couple of months, there's a problem that arises with one of these features.

Cons

Keeping up with FileMaker and program updates that change the page layout and some of the formatting is a minor inconvenience.
It is currently difficult to collate non-tree data from sample points. Exporting photos is difficult and they aren't tagged by plot.
Any issues have been easilly rectified with customer service. Makes it hard when out in the field and experience an issue.
