Pros

Fantastic, people are very friendly and helpful, listen to what you need. Because this program was customized for me my job is faster and easier than ever.
The team at Expensepoint wants you to fully understand the application, wants to make sure you are comfortable with application, your needs are meet. The team is outstanding.
Then what we like the most about the software itself is that it's very user friendly and very flexible for the company needs. Also best value on the market.

Pros

PLEO have been a delight to work with, help is given at any request and support is there when needed. The whole process has been a smooth and seamless transition.
Great company, easy to use interface, brilliant support, if theres any complicated questions, PLEO will setup a webinar with one of their professionals giving you such specific assurance.
There's not a triplicate expenses form in site. The ability to instantly see what has been spent and by who is brilliant and it's so easy to upload receipts.

Cons

M not sure why someone would also check the box to deny access on an individual level, when the box is already checked to deny access per the group permissions.
It totally fails at accomplishing what it sets out to do. I think they rushed the software to market.
I haven't seen anything that I dislike about this program.

Cons

I guess it has to be, dealing with financials and everything. But, a few more hints or a walkthrough could have made me feel a little less dumb.
The only grumble I had was the drag and drop for receipts. If you don't drag in a straight line is very easy to attach a receipt to the wrong statement item.
The UI contains some empty white space which bothers me a slight bit.
