The installation of the program was a breeze, and everything went off without a hitch after it was all set up. Our customers do not report having a difficult time becoming accustomed to the program as a result of its user-friendly functioning and features. Despite the fact that there was a significant time difference between us, Theresa was really helpful and fast to reply to my questions and concerns.
This soft was the most approachable of all the service providers we contacted on our requirements for cost reporting. They made certain that we were at ease at every stage of the process and that our organization's requirements were satisfied.
At one point, the user was unexpectedly locked out and unable to re-enter their credentials in order to utilize the program. It was the user's responsibility to reinstall the program in order to get it working again, however it wasn't clear what had caused the problem in the first place.

To be honest I wasn't looking to change expense reporting companies but I am so glad that we did. This product is easier and faster for the end user and cost us less each month. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been my implementation specialist and she is great! Very knowledgeable, and friendly and no matter what I threw at her, she fixed it quickly.
The system will automatically create a new expense report for you based on charge date. This saves the end user a lot of time. I love that there is a live person verifying the receipt information.
I wish I could zoom in on receipt pictures better (or easier) because the pic is farther out than you think when taking the pic. They are hard to read. I thought that your receipt pictures would automatically match to the charge/expense once verified but it doesn't seem to be doing that for us. We could be doing something wrong. I like the report that is created for me upon final approval but I wish it could be edited more. I would remove the weekly breakdown as we don't use/need that.

Reduced paperwork and printing and improved efficiency throughout the company.
We have been struggling to keep track of expenses in a way that doesn't seem like an interruption to our workflow. We previously used paper vouchers for accountability and have now cut our printing by almost 50%. There is a receipt wallet which stores all receipts once upload in real time which is a great feature for employees who work primarily in the field. For busy employees, rights can be granted...
We haven't found any major features that were lacking. Those we though were an issue were rectified with additional training.

I had a great experience setting up the platform, getting personal training and my service rep is excellent. Again, I can't emphasize enough the level of personal support you get for such a reasonable price. I'm getting the same support an organization 100 times my size would receive. Great product!
I have 3 companies that I keep track of expenses for. This is the only product that allowed me to set up custom fields including different companies to track expenses for. I was very impressed with the level of support and attention I get for such a reasonable monthly fee. The desktop and mobile platforms work great and are intuitive to use.
I have been using the product for a short time and there is nothing I do not like about the platform. The mileage tracker is a great feature but I wish I didn't have to go into my settings to turn it on and off. I don't know if this can be improved or not, but I don't like to have apps running in the background.

Customizable to our needs - we have been searching for 2+ years for a company that would make expense reimbursements to our employees an easy process, for both the employee and the accounting side. The team reached out ( Via Phone ) to make sure Their support was addressing my needs vs an email. I travel 100%, I need an application that will make my life easier especially with the requirements of various clients and the reporting structure gave me more than what I needed. I have used numerous applications but when it came to reporting ExpensePoint is head and shoulders above, not to mention it price point.
The team at Expensepoint wants you to fully understand the application, wants to make sure you are comfortable with application, your needs are meet. The team is outstanding The application itself is probably more information that is ever needed, but from a fiscal and reporting mechanism it is outstanding.
I really cant say a con against the application,it has more functionality that is needed, but able to either use it or grow into the use.

So First benefit is that people don't have to carry around there receipts and lost them, and for us that the huge benefit. Then I would say that on the long term it's gonna reduce the work of creating the report (waiting to see how the integration with our ERP works first!)
First everybody we talked to was very professional and very reactive on every requests we had (even proactive). Great Customer Support! Then what we like the most about the software itself is that it's very user friendly and very flexible for the company needs. Also best value on the market. The receipt reader is a feature that we really love. We are using expense point since a little more than a month and our company is very pleased with it. I definitely recommend it. We are still in the process of integrating expense point with our ERP and looking forward to it. That would saves us a great amount of time.
I don't have much cons because when we have a problem we notified the customer service that take care of it. The only thing right now is that we are eager to have the Spanish Version!

This has saved us time and money in the expense reporting process.
Easily adaptable for the specifics of our company. Highly responsive customer support. Intuitive application for staff to use. The Receipt Wallet makes capturing expenses the easiest part of my job! In researching a solution for our expense reporting, I am extremely satisfied that I chose ExpensePoint. It was the only application I found that incorporates everything I was looking for: high level reporting, automation, approval pathways, and ease of use for staff.

If you are looking for an excellent online expense management system, your search can now stop. ExpensePoint Web is hands down the best system out there. We looked at several other systems, and even got through the installation stage with another system, only to discover management reporting could not be done. When I found ExpensePoint I was skeptical they could do all they claimed to, but was soon...
Cost, webinars, customization capabilities, creativity of the staff to help meet unique needs, the responsiveness of the staff, ease of use, training videos, cost (I know I already said that, but it's important. I looked at several web based expense management systems and this was by far the best and the fact it was the least expensive was a bonus!)
I can't think of any, other than supervisors forgetting to log in and approve expense reports. But that's our process problem we are trying to resolve.

Wonderful. Personnel are receptive, helpful, and readily available. You guys are awesome.
It's easy. I can quickly and efficiently report receipts and prepare almost immediately send them off to our accountant. It's quick, easy, affordable, and it our accountant love it.

Overall, the program is phenomenal. Training is superb. Most of the users have had nothing but praises. The software saves the users and me many hours each month. It is well worth the cost!
Ease of use, simplicity of the implementation, training.
I haven't found anything I don't like about this software. The only thing I might mention is the direct deposit partner is not what I expected, takes to long to deposit funds to employees. Teh only comment from employees has been wishing the software could remember their last entries and populate accordingly - that would be impossible if it is to be accurate.

ExpensePoint is streamlining our team's ability to easily submit, review, and approve expense reports. We are able to get consistent reports that are easy to read and understand - and the dashboard information showing expense breakdowns is great. It's a really useful system at an attractive price point.
I love the amount of time the software saves our accounting folks. No longer do we have to try and reformat multiple spreadsheets to get a consistent expense report from each employee. ExpensePoint has made our team more efficient, happier people. AND - they are growing back the hair they pulled out when using our old manual system!
I think the User Permissions configuration section is a bit confusing. I'm not sure why someone would also check the box to deny access on an individual level, when the box is already checked to deny access per the group permissions. Or maybe I don't fully understand what the columns in this section mean.

From day one ExpensePoint has been exceptional in providing an expense reporting system that meets the needs of our company. After reviewing several expense programs we chose ExpensePoint for the ease of use and the cost. Using ExpensePoint is so easy for our employees and approvers to create their reports (online or mobile), attach receipts and approve reports for accounting to process. The professional service that we receive is superior. We have been able to work with two representatives the entire time and not through a customer service department. Our questions and needs are always handled quickly. We are a Non-Profit Organization with over 100 credit card users and have a very complex General Ledger structure. The credit card reporting process was manual with minimal oversight and our employees had to mail all their receipts to the Accounting department. The Expense Point software has made our credit card reporting more efficient and we now have better oversight of our credit card spending with a standard approval process. The software is easy to use and administer with very powerful reporting tools. The pricing plans are both affordable and flexible depending on usage and will pay for itself in gained efficiency and savings. Finally, the service and support team is extremely helpful and help customize the software to our specific needs. Thanks Expense Point team!

Very positive.
It is easy to use and makes expense reporting easier for everyone -- especially sales personnel. It is very affordable and one of the few software applications that had strong customer support.
For training and testing, it would be good to have a 'test' environment that allow people to learn and 'play with' the system. While you cannot really break the system, it can be a little unnerving trying to train individuals while using the live system with real receipt copies.

We have been using Expense Point for about 2 months now. I was skeptical at first but now I can't say enough about Expense Point and thier employees. The price is reasonable and there is no extra cost for technical support. Theresa and Eva are very knowledgeable on the software and have bent over backwards to help anytime I call. I am able to run reports easily and export them into Excell for analysis. Training on the software was minimal and even our older employees picked up on it quickly. Since it is web based, we can access it on all of our mobile devices without a problem. I would definatley reccomend Expense Point to anyone that wants to accurately track and monitor expenses. I am excited to see what they come up with next.

Very happy with the expense reports that it produces. Easy for employees to use.
The customer support is top-notch since you get assigned a personal contact who handles your company. Software is easy to use and reports look great. Value for money is also strong.
There are some features that could be enhanced. Being able to download receipts in JPG format is a big one. Wish there was better syncing options with credit cards like quickbooks has.
