We have been using Expense Point a few years now. I recently became an administrator after the retirement of one of my colleagues. I think this is a great tool for organizing expenses. It helps the users put in the important information that is needed for reconciliation and allows for notes if needed. It also is great from the accounting standpoint because the ledger codes are there for them to choose so that we don't have to guess. The only con is the conversion rate does not match the bank conversion rate so they are off a little when the charges come through on the credit card report.

It was a very thorough onboarding experience.
It would be great if the receipts would sync to QuickBooks Online along with the expense. Currently, a copy of the receipt does not sync to QuickBooks.

The customer service experience was phenomenal!!!! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was extremely patient, and walked me through each step required to complete the process. She advised me that if it took all day we were going to get through this together. In todays world you most likely would get automated instructions or someone who you have a language barrier with who directs you to a tutorial that isn't useful. In closing, I give [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] 5 stars for the "GOLD STANDARD SERVICE" I received today!
That you have access to everything you need. I.e. receipts old and new, access to receipts from my email. Functionality.
It is cumbersome to navigate, because there are so many different steps.

I like that it keeps an audit trail and retains copies of all receipts after recorded.
The only thing that I have noticed that I would consider a slight negative is that Expense Point will not allow me to import a credit into our accounting system. It is rare but I have to manually key anything credit balance.

Rep was great supporting me with submitting my expense.
Rep walk me through on how to put the app on my phone to submit all my expense.
Once I was familiar with the software. I was somewhat different with attaching the receipts with the report.

We changed to ExpensePoint because of the cost savings they provided compared to other expense systems. ExpensePoint charges by the user rather than by the number of expense reports submitted. The ExpensePoint staff has been very helpful when we need them to personalize the expense format to suit our company needs.

Some rarely used administrative functions are not intuitive to find (mapping credit cards to users).

This was so much easier than a traditional expenses system. We were looking for a solution for long time and this was perfect!
It's hard to come up with something negative about the software in the system overall we really enjoyed it and I really don't have anything bad to say about it

Less paper and easier for both users and approvers to use. Time saving, as well.
Less paper to print, easier to use, the app is very handy.
Difficult to get reports for accruals without having to pay extra for a customized software.

I have the best customer service support from Theresa Hicock from day one. She walked me thru the basics and got me up to speed. Whenever I had an issues of needed to know how to do something, I was first of all able to reach her by phone [something very rare these days] and she quickly answered my questions!

I want you to know that you have an awesome team supporting your product, I am not all that computer savvy and was having a little difficulty surfing the site. I called , left a voice mail, and a team member called me back promptly. They listened to my issue and quickly and professionally got me on the right track. If I had to rate their courtesy and professionalism I would make it a 10 Star.
Now I PROBALY WILL HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK NEXT MONTH AND HAVE THEM WALK ME THRU IT AGAIN. (lol)(LOL)
