Overall, the program is phenomenal. Training is superb. Most of the users have had nothing but praises. The software saves the users and me many hours each month. It is well worth the cost!
Ease of use, simplicity of the implementation, training.
I haven't found anything I don't like about this software. The only thing I might mention is the direct deposit partner is not what I expected, takes to long to deposit funds to employees. Teh only comment from employees has been wishing the software could remember their last entries and populate accordingly - that would be impossible if it is to be accurate.

Excellent, which is why I brought it with me to my new job!
I appreciate how easy this program is to use, it is very intuitive when it comes to building a report. For the behind the scenes things help is just a call away and everyone is very patient.
I would like to be able to delete a report when it is completely inaccurate and start over without being charged. Even though that rarely happens

I would highly recommend this program to anyone interested in a new expense report program! Their product and customer service in unbeatable!
This program is very easy to use for both accounting, and expense users! Ability to customize and update the program to fit your individual needs, at any time. Impeccable customer service! Our customer service rep, has gone above and beyond for us! She has been incredibly helpful from setup and throughout our time using the program!

ExpenesePoint has been really great to work with. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was always responsive and did a great job answering our questions during the selection process. He didn't pressure us one way or the other, and made the selection process very comfortable. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been so great through implementation process and continued support with the product. She is always available and quick to offer a helping hand.
It's simple to use and straightforward. We're really looking forward to using the upcoming features to help streamline our processes.

The Rep has been nothing but helpful, starting with initial conversations with staff members, to consistent support when I email her with questions. She is always so kind and quick to respond should I have any questions. ExpensePoint itself has worked very well with our Financial Software and am so happy to not be manually entering this information in on a monthly basis.
How simple it is for not only our users to manage their credit card purchases, but from an administrative standpoint it's so simple to review and approve.
Managing the user and permissions portal is sometimes a bit confusing, but nothing worthy of a formal complaint.

Overall, the experience has been great with ExpensePoint. The team took care of us during the integration by adapting to your unique circumstances. We really appreciate it!
The variety of tabs/menus to easily go from approving reports to editing the expense categories in the Settings Manager. It is a flexible and powerful tool to process expense reports and in turn to analyze them. Helpful & knowledgeable support team that goes above & beyond to support the integration and fix any issues.
Once the receipt reader feature is activated there is no way to manually override the reader if I want to upload a receipt without having it "read". This could be useful to cut out extra steps of isolating the personal expenses when uploading a receipt with personal & business expenses.

It is very easy to use and having the Receipt Wallet for employees cuts down on receipts being lost or misplaced. Being able to have access to ExpensePoint 24/7 using the desktop or mobile app makes tracking and filing expenses a breeze. This is a great product and everyone is helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, I have not found one. The system and access are very user friendly and make our jobs easier.

This makes the approval of transaction faster and easy to monitor
Once the functions of the software have been discussed, it is easy for the admin to navigate and customize depending on the Company needs. The software is very flexible and easy to use both for the admin and users. It can be accessed anywhere as long you have internet and gadget. Admin can see Everyone's report even those which are not submitted yet.
It heavily rely on the internet, that is why we advise the users to get stable internet connection so they will not be interrupted.

Our outside sales force uses ExpensePoint to report in conjunction with their AMEX card activity.
Ease of use. It is easy to train new employees on ExpensePoint.
Map making is not as detailed as we would prefer.

I appreciate the ease with with you can reassign transactions, and set up workflows. It is a very intuitive system.
The inability to create your own custom reports as needed on your own. The limitation of having to wait for assistance with that is con.

Overall experience has been positive, staff members are please with it as is our executives. Approval workflow is seamless and tracking has become easier.
Our company is new to ExpensePoint and it works well as an expense reporting program. While we have much to dive into, our account rep has been exceptionally helpful.
Credit cards cannot be submitted until the 5th of the month Would like to add to the wish list an expense over $25 cannot be submitted without a receipt

The timely response from the installation team to resolve initial configuration issues.

Super adaptable to our organization, very easy for our team to implement and use. The biggest thing with software like this is to make it easy on your team or they won't use it. The Receipt Wallet does that and more. Our team is never hunting down receipts now! So Satisfied in our purchase.

better time management and ease of sorting through transactions
Probably the customer service- everyone is very helpful, attentive, and quick to respond. The wallet, and being able to attach the receipts to the credit card transactions as well.
I would be even better if categories could be assigned to certain vendors whose categories never change, and auto-populate the information in the expense details.
