Receipt reader is excellent. Saves time not having to enter all the data. Like the workflow and approval process - makes managing expenses easier. The reports are excellent and can be run with or without a copy of the receipt. Support is top notch. Whenever I have a question they are ready to answer.
Speed can be an issue if you use Edge. Not an issue on Chrome. Other than that, I have had no issues with the software.

Very good. Our contact has been very helpful and accessible, she has answered every question quickly.
It's fairly easy to use, any issues have mostly been related to the complexity of our GL coding which has nothing to do with ExpensePoint.
The analysis capabilities could be more flexible. I would like to be able to add columns (data fields) to existing reports or create my own reports from scratch using any data field available but it seems limited at this point.

From the beginning with one of the customer rep. in sales and her knowledge of the software, live webinar and correspondence were great. What she said they would do, they did. Even after the sale they answer the phone and emails promptly. The Support Team was very prompt on scheduling Webinar trainings with our employees both on individual and group basis. We knew going in, they didn't offer "OCR" / Read Receipt, but were working on it. No, it didn't come as soon as they were hoping, but they didn't give false hope either. Once they implemented "Read Receipt" and "Receipt Wallet" the notification, training and videos made it easy. This software is very user-friendly.
Only corporate credit cards automatically feed to the software. Limitations on customizing reports to company detail needs.

I highly recommend this product if you want a very easy product that is dynamic, easy to implement and very customizable. The support staff is fantastic and over the years have addressed all our concerns quickly and efficiently..
Expensepoint is one of the best expense management systems we have used. The best feature in my opinion in the ability to import directly from American Express. As a user with sometimes a hundred or so charges per month it makes my life much easier. The offline access is a huge plus as you can work virtually anywhere and sync your entries. Auto GL coding, Lockout Capability, Multi-Level Routing is a huge plus. Setup is a breeze as is adding users as needed.
Not many that I can think of. It would be nice to be able to scan a receipt and have the system OCR and capture the expense items. Also a one touch import from credit cards would be nice in the application rather than having to download and import.

Expense Point and the team of people we work with are simply amazing. They are quick to respond and address our issues. They are always happy and professional. When I have an issue I can either call or email and the best part is I can hear their smile over the phone and through the emails. Expense Point has been extremely helpful in wrangling our credit card process into a pleasant and manageable system and for that we are very grateful. They are very knowledgeable and were great in setting up Expense Point to meet our needs as we are a little unusual in that I prepare the reports for the users who then edit and submit. Expense Point have set the bar pretty high when I find the need to hire other outside service companies.

Our Company is trying to streamline the somewhat time consuming aspect of expense account management. Rep was most helpful and professional in setting up the account. It was a really smooth process and we are extremely happy with the service and support received. The "how to" videos under Company links from the dashboard launch are extremely helpful.

ExpensePoint is streamlining our team's ability to easily submit, review, and approve expense reports. We are able to get consistent reports that are easy to read and understand - and the dashboard information showing expense breakdowns is great. It's a really useful system at an attractive price point.
I love the amount of time the software saves our accounting folks. No longer do we have to try and reformat multiple spreadsheets to get a consistent expense report from each employee. ExpensePoint has made our team more efficient, happier people. AND - they are growing back the hair they pulled out when using our old manual system!
I think the User Permissions configuration section is a bit confusing. I'm not sure why someone would also check the box to deny access on an individual level, when the box is already checked to deny access per the group permissions. Or maybe I don't fully understand what the columns in this section mean.

From day one ExpensePoint has been exceptional in providing an expense reporting system that meets the needs of our company. After reviewing several expense programs we chose ExpensePoint for the ease of use and the cost. Using ExpensePoint is so easy for our employees and approvers to create their reports (online or mobile), attach receipts and approve reports for accounting to process. The professional service that we receive is superior. We have been able to work with two representatives the entire time and not through a customer service department. Our questions and needs are always handled quickly. I can honestly say that the product and service from ExpensePoint is top of the line. **Paul Ansloos and Theresa Hicock are exceptional and I love working with each one of them!

We had been using Excel/printed reports to submit expenses with copies of receipts. Took much longer to review and summarize.
Ease of use. Receipt wallet is great. Straightforward for users. Accounting department can process reports much faster do to software summarizing GL accounts.
Nothing so far. Website and app are both very easy to navigate.

Expense Point offered the best product for our world traveling company. Before implementing Expense Point, our travelers would complain about how long it took them to organize and submit expense reports using excel sheets, taping original receipts to sheets of paper, and printing out exchange rates. The implementation team made the transition easy and trained our staff with ease and expertise. Our travelers now use the mobile app on the road and love its efficiency. Our travelers are now able to submit as soon as they return from traveling instead of a week later or more. The approval process for managers has also become easier. Even now, if we have issues, the Expense Point team is ready to help and quick finding us a resolution. I highly recommend Expense Point!

Very easy to implement the system, it fit in really well with our organisation. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was fantastic to work with, very helpful with my multiple questions, The training with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and our staff, done over a number of sessions, was completed with ease, and everyone seems to be working on the system really well.
Very easy to use, and very customisable. The phone app works great for all main users, especially the receipt reader, and the desktop app is very useful for those in Accounts, to manage the system on a day to day basis. The range of reports available is fantastic!
A feature for employees to track their own mileage would be handy

The ease and accuracy is great! With this software, I know all required receipts are included and in the right category! Our account rep is always available to assist and is great!

We've been using ExpensePoint for over two years now and have been very happy. I do feel that the application has limitations on my end, even as and administrator, such as not being able to push through reports that are stranded with approvers who are not available. But my customer support representatives, Theresa Hicock and Eva Gao, have been absolutely phenomenal in helping me with problems that i cannot resolve on my end. They have consistently given me quick and helpful responses to any questions and i believe gone above and beyond to check my workflow setups to make sure i have done them correctly. While i think there are sometimes unecessary limitations in what an admin can do, the customer support is strong enough to make up for it.

We are a Non-Profit Organization with over 100 credit card users and have a very complex General Ledger structure. The credit card reporting process was manual with minimal oversight and our employees had to mail all their receipts to the Accounting department. The Expense Point software has made our credit card reporting more efficient and we now have better oversight of our credit card spending with a standard approval process. The software is easy to use and administer with very powerful reporting tools. The pricing plans are both affordable and flexible depending on usage and will pay for itself in gained efficiency and savings. I went from a traditional expense program logging receipts and and documenting every detail. Since we went to Expense Point the support staff has be really great and helpful the program is easy to use and all expense topics are available. Customer support representative and staff have been helpful when submitting expenses for approval. I cannot imagine doing expenses any other way... it is really great.

We have been using Expense Point for about 6 years. The system is easy to use and we have experienced very few problems. Our employees travel a lot, so we have a high volume of expenses each month. Expense Point has definitely saved us time and money in processing these expenses. The recent upgrade brought a cleaner look plus nice improvements to uploading of receipts which our employees really appreciated. The upgrade also provided greater search and reporting features for our accounting staff. The best feature of Expense Point, however, is the customer service. Never a delay in getting support; questions are answered quickly and thoroughly. This is all-around great software.

Previously, our organization was stuck in a paper-driven process. We were nearing the opening of another location which would cause us to spend way too much time and resources to transport expense reports from one location to the other. ExpensePoint has eliminated that entire process by allowing our staff to be literally anywhere on the globe and still be timely with reports. Not to mention, the headaches saved for administrative staff to chase down someone to approve reports. Now our staff can focus more on mission and vision!
