Pros

Love the ease of use and intuitive nature of the software. Their Help and customer support functions are simply the best.
As a user, expensing is super easy with Expensify, added on the phone app you can upload receipts and send for approval all from the comfort of wherever you are at the moment.
I love the ease of manually creating receipts and adding them to Monthly reports. The organization options are great for when it's time to file taxes.

Pros

Overall a positive experience but not something mind blowing. This is a good software & if team behind it keeps updating from time to time, It can give good competition to established names.
It is cloud-based and therefore perfect for mobile management of staff expenses in my organization.I love the approval workflow , and how Nexonia integrates seamlessly with our inhouse ERP tools.
I like Nexonia because it is pretty user friendly. I haven't had to use customer service yet so I'm not certain how good that would be.

Cons

The upside is that you can edit data if necessary, so it's really only a problem in rare instances. Other than that, I really don't have any criticism for Expensify.
I had a technical error, maybe it was my mistake, because it didnt happen to any of my other collegues where the expense trip report closed automatically.
To be honest I have yet to find anything wrong with Expensify or any issues. Time will tell if the notifications can become bothersome or an annoying issue but we shall see.

Cons

The only issues are really on my team's side. The way they structure the "memo" section can be confusing and it is difficult to tell what the expense was for.
The application is somewhat confusing, it becomes somewhat difficult to navigate.
The only thing that was annoying was for mapping the miles if only gave you the direct route on maps... but Michigan has a ton of construction for 8/12 months so you never take the direct route.
