Pros

Love the ease of use and intuitive nature of the software. Their Help and customer support functions are simply the best.
As a user, expensing is super easy with Expensify, added on the phone app you can upload receipts and send for approval all from the comfort of wherever you are at the moment.
I love the ease of manually creating receipts and adding them to Monthly reports. The organization options are great for when it's time to file taxes.

Pros

Onboarding is very important to me when trying to hire top talent. Offering a seamless onboarding experience is a a sign that we are truly invested in your well being.
Ease of use is the best aspect of this application. The quick tabs and the ability to find what you need is perfect.
Benefits are super easy administration of benefits and back office HR tasks. I mainly use it to review paychecks, which again, is a super easy process.

Cons

The upside is that you can edit data if necessary, so it's really only a problem in rare instances. Other than that, I really don't have any criticism for Expensify.
I had a technical error, maybe it was my mistake, because it didnt happen to any of my other collegues where the expense trip report closed automatically.
To be honest I have yet to find anything wrong with Expensify or any issues. Time will tell if the notifications can become bothersome or an annoying issue but we shall see.

Cons

Makes me a bit nervous when I have to submit paystubs to anyone as proof of income, and I worry they won't believe me. I felt Gusto's PDFs were way more professional and legit.
It is very difficult to find a constructive complaint about Rippling. So far, I have not encountered anything that I expect to be in the product that isn't.
We knew changing payroll companies would be a challenge but it really has been one problem after another.
