Pros

Love the ease of use and intuitive nature of the software. Their Help and customer support functions are simply the best.
As a user, expensing is super easy with Expensify, added on the phone app you can upload receipts and send for approval all from the comfort of wherever you are at the moment.
It's a nice incentive to encourage cost savings for the company and really nice for employees if you aren't too particular about your lodgings.

Pros

The dashboard is clear and easy to use, support is A. The team is very responsive, professional and helpful.
Very good payment automation with some improvements it could be excellent.
Provides great support when needed. Money transfer solutions offered by tipalti are quite effective.

Cons

I had a technical error, maybe it was my mistake, because it didnt happen to any of my other collegues where the expense trip report closed automatically.
God forbid you should have a problem requiring tech support. Since they don't offer phone support, problems that any other company could solve in less than a hour can drag on for days and weeks.
The upside is that you can edit data if necessary, so it's really only a problem in rare instances. Other than that, I really don't have any criticism for Expensify.

Cons

I cannot say that there is anything I dislike about the software.
Additionally, at times we're struggling with duplicate records since duplicate detection is based on ID and email.
If a vendor is not payable, it can sometimes be difficult to understand the cause.
