Pros

Love the ease of use and intuitive nature of the software. Their Help and customer support functions are simply the best.
As a user, expensing is super easy with Expensify, added on the phone app you can upload receipts and send for approval all from the comfort of wherever you are at the moment.
I love the ease of manually creating receipts and adding them to Monthly reports. The organization options are great for when it's time to file taxes.

Pros

Overall as an employee using Zenefits in a small business, it's a great solution for consolidating our HR benefits and management. Ve personally liked using it for about four years.
The integrations are so easy and great for our company. The overall ease of the program is great and makes it so much easier for your digital company to be even more digital.
Overall, we love the software. We just wish the communication was better for the implementation process and that we had someone walk us through on how to use the program.

Cons

The upside is that you can edit data if necessary, so it's really only a problem in rare instances. Other than that, I really don't have any criticism for Expensify.
I had a technical error, maybe it was my mistake, because it didnt happen to any of my other collegues where the expense trip report closed automatically.
To be honest I have yet to find anything wrong with Expensify or any issues. Time will tell if the notifications can become bothersome or an annoying issue but we shall see.

Cons

This is so unacceptable. The product itself is clunky, disjointed and not at all intuitive.
I am actively looking for a new product even though we just finished getting set up because Zenefits is so terrible.
I had to explain numerous times how awful their product and customer service was, and they still wouldn't let us fully out of our contract. Do not sign a contract, remain month to month.

Zenefits

Zenefits the one stop place for all your HR needs!

Zenefits is great for start-ups that are looking to grow. Easy to use and employees have the ability to view personal information along with benefits, compensation, it interfaces with Expensify, Lever, and many more apps. Easy to make changes to employees profile, makes everything paperless when it comes to managing employee information. Reports are great, you can create your own or use the ones they provide. They offer the ability to manage not only benefits but corporate liability insurance, FSA and commuter benefits. Payroll syncs easily if you use one of their partners or use Zenefits own payroll service. If your company is on a budget this is the way to go as you have insight into everything! Do away with PEO's as they are costly!

Pros

Easy to use and syncs with many apps out there. ADP workforce, Lever, Slack, Expensify and many more.

Cons

Sometimes hard to figure out where stuff is in each of the sections from and administrator point.
