Like that is cheaper than expensify. And that there is automatic invoice scanning / billing

Cons

Interface is a bit dated, and not obviously on how to process payments. Also integration to banks and cards is a bit jenky

It does a great job especially when you factor in the cost as compared to other solutions.

Pros

This software has been working great for our company. Sure there are a ton of other solutions out there, but when you compare the cost to what you actually get we feel the Zoho Expense is the right solution for Thymly.

Cons

The only thing we have notice is that it lacks in scanning the receipt and auto entering information as compared to Expensify.

Ease of use and clarity for accounting purposes. I've used expensify, quickbooks, replicon, and a few others and this is the simples one I have.

Cons

Being able to generate reports by currency and tax rates would be good.

I've used Expensify in the past, which is great but pricey. From what I can tell, this is scaled down version which may be exactly what I need.

Cons

I really just want it for upload/categorization. Wish I could bypass the "report" and "approval" steps.

It works by and large like Expensify. Mobile app captures and OCRs most of it, you fill in the blanks and submit. Using this in conjunction with Zoho projects, CRM, Books this improvement is beyond measure.

Pros

It's pretty much exactly the same as Expensify for 1/4 the cost and it's now integrated with our other Zoho solutions. Single platform! this cannot be EMPHASIZED enough!

Cons

it's not quite as refine and smooth but seriously, it's 1/4 the cost and the UI will get there eventually. It's not bad now, just not quite as smooth.

We can track expenses by customer much easier now!

Pros

Reviewed Expensify and Concur. They are a lot more expensive and maybe visually more pleasing. Cant see much difference in funtionality though. Text recognition and Department and Expense Analysis are great.

Cons

A little text heavy but mobile app is very easy!

Very helpful, have been using it for quite a while now.

Pros

That it's free! At least the entry tier, and that is enough for here. And the print quality of the receipts is better than what we used before (Expensify, I think) It's feature-rich without appearing bloated. Good mix.

Cons

When you apply an advance payment, the report no longer gives its total, but rather the remaining rest of the advance payment, and that's irritating. The header could be just a little more customizable.

Simple Expense Reporting

Pros

The ease of use of Zoho Expense is probably the biggest feature for me. I hadn't had too much experience with expense reporting software before, but it beats out Expensify in my opinion. The mobile and web applications are both extremely functional, and not bad on the eyes or fingers either.

Cons

Sometimes i'll accidentally hit the "claim reimbursement" button and receive money for things that I shouldn't, and then have to rectify that with payroll. But it's a minor thing and is completely my fault.

For quite a few years now, we have used Expensify.com to manage our trip expenses and receipts for 8 different cross cultural month long experiences. It worked well, but unfortunately in addition to a extreme increase in their rates, it was also not compatible with our newly purchased department devices that were acquired for the purpose of expense tracking. After finding Zoho, we realized how many...

Pros

I love the small features, like itemizing receipts and adding and matching expenses from cards. It's extremely easy to use and there are so many features, I don't think there is a thing Zoho doesn't have. I also love that it is compatible with all my devices, even Amazon Kindle.

Cons

It was a bit confusing at first, there was a small learning curve when I first started but I highly recommend watching a few videos and reading the help pages.
