Our company have multiple entities in the US and in EU and expensify does not support this, the integration with xero is a mess i don't understand how does it work...My overall experience is bad.

I own a small business and was bogged down with entering expense details in QuickBooks for tax accounting. Expensify greatly eased the burden with completing expense reports and reduced the duplicative process of tracking expenses. Customer service is responsive. Great app.

Great product for small businesses

Ever since switching over to expensify, our team has had a much easier time of claims. Reimbursement turnaround has been far quicker as well. Overall, this has probably saved me at least 30 min of hassle per workday!

Expensify has been a great tool for our business and has helped us to quickly and easily manage our expenses. The user interface is intuitive and the reporting features are great. However, we have had some challenges with customer support and the cost can be quite high for larger businesses.

I had an issue with my account and Michelle emailed me helpful instructions  with lots of visuals that fixed the issue immediately.  Very happy with this program.

It offers features such as receipt scanning, credit card import, policy enforcement, and real-time reporting. My users appreciate its ease of use, automatic receipt scanning, and integration with a number of  accounting softwares.

They lock you into annual renewals without sending renewal notifications, post deceptive information on the cancel subscription pages "You must have at least one user on your annual subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription completely, you can switch to Pay-per-use or downgrade to a free account instead."  but will not actually allow you to do as advised too cancel your account. When you do try to cancel the account you get an "oops" message. Customer service is a joke.
