Our company have multiple entities in the US and in EU and expensify does not support this, the integration with xero is a mess i don't understand how does it work...My overall experience is bad.

I love everything about Expensify. It’s brandibg, the cool language they use!, etc. Very easy and a nice GUI interface. 

Reimbursements made easy!!!

Easily the easiest expense reporting software to use. 

I used Expesify to upload my monthly receipts for reimbursements and to track those reimbursements. I intentionally used past tense becuase my company decided to change to a different - worse software - terrible move on their part.

Not sure why my company stopped using it

Client was satisfied with the reporting and data that was gathered and the input in the bookkeeping software was easy and quick.

I recently had the very lucky opportunity to work with Sheena Trepanier at Expensify.  Her prompt response to my problem, continuous follow up  and resolution was simply the best.  Her commitment to resolving my issue and keeping me informed along the way was outstanding. I hope I don't have any more problems but if I do I'll look forward to working with Sheena again! :)

I've been using Expensify for work for months now (we recently transitioned over from a heart-attack-inducing paper process.. gasp), and I absolutely love it.  Super intuitive, fast, and easy to use on both the web and mobile platforms. To the full Expensify team - congrats on all your successes, and a seriously great app!

Money Money Money!

I just got some great customer service from Expensify and have to brag on them.  My connections with credit cards got hung up and some expenses weren't coming in.  As such, I couldn't complete my expense report.  After a quick email and waiting may 30 minutes, they fixed the problem.

Great customer service to back up a great product

While I am not a huge fan of expensify I recently had a problem and was helped out by one of your CSRs. Stephanie Orlich not only was able to answer a question I had but helped me quickly. She provided appropriate links and was super nice and respectful. You should hire more people like Stephanie!

I had trouble setting up Expensify on my iphone and laptop. I wrote in to the help desk and Alisha wrote back almost immediately. Very helpful and polite and best of all with a very easy to follow solution. I am on line and using the new App.

I have used this software to keep track of expenses that need to be reimbursed.

I own a small business and was bogged down with entering expense details in QuickBooks for tax accounting. Expensify greatly eased the burden with completing expense reports and reduced the duplicative process of tracking expenses. Customer service is responsive. Great app.
