Ahh maybe, i had little bit of trouble logging in on my company mobile. I was refused few times although i was entering correct information (email, password).

The scan learning curve is missing or needs improvement. You scan a ticket, regularly for the same merchant, you correct the name of the merchant, and the system will always do the same error.

Need to create report before expenses can be submitted to Finance dept. Status of expense/reports are so confusing and do not make sense.

Bof, compliqué d'import de justif en cas de réseau à faible débit. Il serait intéressant d'avoir une interface excel d'import des frais et soumettre les justif en parallèle pour un travail hors réseau.

Lent et peu pratique

Outil convivial qui fait gagner pas mal de temps (au moins 2 ou 3 heures chaque mois) et surtout évacue la corvée des frais à encoder manuellement dans un tableur ...Happy client !
