The part that I liked the most is the human team behind the service, they made sure that we understood the different options that the product has, how to load the data, generate reports and above all, we managed to make the integration a matter of weeks.
To put a hitch, the graphic design of the web application is a bit outdated but it is not relevant since it is a back office tool that our clients do not see.
