Pros

It has a great interface which makes it feel very easy to use and has a great set of templates you can use from the beginning for various accounting needs.
For a small company as myself the excellent invoice features has been very helpful and useful.
FreshBooks combined with other applications is a great tool. In any case, if you want to create invoices and send it in a split second and then track and monitor its progress, I recommend FreshBooks.

Pros

Its a great tool to see all the metrics of the business at one place. This gives the better clarity about the things we are comparing.
Its amazing to see all the required data in one place which will definitely help an individual to analyze the data and can bring a conclusion out of it.
Helps me see the business in a more organized way so i can make faster and better decisions. Better to organize all my apps.

Cons

We would lose all of that if we switched, so unfortunately we are stuck with having to use this horrible new format.
It is really frustrating to have a client not be able to pay through the invoice, and for this reason, only, I have been considering a new software company.
Tier based pricing from Lite to Premier is a bit confusing. WePay advocates having a Chase bank account for faster processing otherwise fails to integrate.

Cons

The costumer service should be reviewed by them. It is bad to get contact with the team and a bit stressful.
Lot of maintenance notifications. This feels little scared towards it.
At times the app would crash for me and sometimes may even take a little bit long to load.

Pros

Super easy to setup and use. Great for folks new to accounting/bookkeeping Responsive support.

Cons

Doesn't have some of the features we needed later - causing us to upgrade to a different tool (after 9 years of happy use - no regrets!)

This application makes my life BETTER

I've been using Freshbooks for 9 years now and happily paying for it the entire time. I can not imagine running my business without it. In fact, I base my software choices in my business on abilities to integrate successfully with Freshbooks. Freshbooks takes a tedious, time consuming component of running a business and turns it into an efficient money maker. When I first implemented Freshbooks 9 years ago it took my payable time from 36 days down to 4 and that has remained roughly the same for the past 9 years. Efficient cash flow for sure.

Pros

Their Customer Service group is like no other that I've ever dealt with. Super efficient, fast, and will not stop with a problem until they figure it out. Totally reliable application.

Cons

None. Hard to believe, but there really are none.

There are some things about the workflows that I wish could be made more seamless and efficient. I feel like it takes too many clicks to do something like send out a quick estimate for a potential client, but maybe that's just me. With their newer platform, they seem to have listened to a lot of feedback from users to make their software better. When I've needed to contact support, either by phone or email, they are super friendly and actually seem to care about resolving your issue, which is nice. I've been a happy user for years and recommend it to others who need an online invoicing solution.

Pros

As a long-time user (9 years), I've developed a workflow around Freshbooks so that I can track time, send invoices, draft estimates, and get paid pretty fluidly. It's integrated into my business, and I appreciate that it also integrates with other apps I may need to use. I find it's easy to use and does what I need it to.

Cons

In their newer version, they've taken away the Paypal integration, which turned off a bunch of my clients who prefer to pay that way. A few other things are a bit buggy, but seems to be due to my migrating from their "Classic" platform to the one they have now. For someone starting fresh with New Freshbooks, I doubt they would have these types of issues.

For the love.... Paypal Support, Please!

Pros

Easy reporting, great client management, integrations with other popular services (and Zapier for when those integrations don't quite cut it), there's so much to like about this platform. Their customer service is also super nice and really helpful. If it weren't for the one big con, I'd still be using this, almost 9 years after I started using it in the first place.

Cons

This is hands down my favorite online invoicing software, but they have one fatal flaw. When they changed over to their new system, they dropped Paypal integration for payments. While we all have our opinions about Paypal, it still remains one of the most commonly used payment platforms online. Not having support for Paypal really cripples the ability to use this otherwise superb software.

Overall Freshbooks is a great software. User friendly I would give it a 6 to 9 depending on the level of expertise by the person using it. Somethings are hard to find like Bulk editing. It is very easy to use though and does a great job at what it was meant to do.

Pricing Month to Month, wish they had a yearly Automated expenses just don't come out right sometimes

Fresh books is decent, but doesn't hold up to quickbooks name.

FreshBooks is great for your small business, but I wouldn't recommend it for a zookeeper or accountant managing several companies.

Pros

Freshbooks is great if you have not used other accounting/bookkeeping software. I learned with quickbooks through school, and when I started my own company decided to give FreshBooks a try to look at all my options. They have a pretty solid product, and can get most things accomplished for your small business. I appreciate many features, which are similar to quickbooks such as their bank feed.

Cons

I think since I have been so use to using quickbooks, I was just more familiar with quickbooks. I think the biggest problem I found was that when I would pick up a new client, 9 times out of 10 they would be using quickbooks already. It made things easier to be using the exact software that my clients had been familiar using.

With FreshBooks the interface options are very simple . Which makes it easier to manage the cash flow, keep the transaction organized. Input your expense data by using the mobile app is really convenient. And the way FreshBooks eases up the process of payment is also very convenient. Though it has a very little amount of cons to its side, but it is not any headache if you look at its pros. I may say if you want to manage our accounts, you can go for it and don't have o think twice about it. Yes, I recommend this software to others .

Pros

Basically we can say that, FreshBooks is a cloud based Accounting software for small to medium sized businesses. With this business owners can, 1. Send invoices 2. Track profit / loss 3. Integrates with stripe for recurring transition 4. Track Time 5. Project management ( keeping things on schedule and organized) 6. Accepting payment from your phone 7. Easy to use interface. 8. Integrates with various software. 9. Very good customer care service. Acknowledging all those pros we can see that this software really has something into it. And most important features are in this software.

Cons

Okay, if I have to be honest there is a thing I didn't like in this software. When u subscribe to this software, you will see the subscription system of this software is different than others. The charge is based on the amount of the clients that you have. So sometimes the prices can get a little pricey.
