One of THE Best Invoicing Softwares

I've been since 2011 and as I stated I love it. I use it to invoice my Clients and I have also used it as a VA for my Clients.

Pros

This software is excellent, especially for its price point. It offers automatic, reoccurring, and tracking within the software. You can also set up backend access for your Clients so that they can access to pay as well as review hours if you are someone who keeps track of your time for tasks. It also has a light built in CRM system that you can input your Clients' details into and you can also message them using this software. You can also track your finances, but personal and business and the software will track and categorize most expenses in your accounts for you making it easier to track your expenses. You can the invoices as well as the software to match your brand as well. It is really a user-friendly, light CRM, invoicing software.

Cons

This is one software that I have literally zero complaints and I love how the software improves with each software update.

Pros

The Price. For small biz or side companies, you can't beat free! I'm not an accountant but it seems like it gets the job done.

Cons

Mobile limitations such simple mileage inputs. Somewhat limited functionality but again, its priced right so it works.

It provides services like issue of invoices, track accounts receivable. You can generate invoice & track invoice from anywhere, anytime from your mobile. On its top it shows outstanding payment receivable from creditors, which reminds of receivable every time. Businessman can easily operate his business on mobile. Other feature of cloud storage is very good. Data in freshbooks is stored on cloud storage. It helps in keeping data secure and safe and no threat of loss due to damage of hard disk

Cons

The only thing which is least is Cost of this software. As compared to other software this software is very costly. Reports Generated through this software contains less Fields in report. It should be more detailed.

Great software tool for contractors.

Pros

Freshbooks has been around for awhile, so it's backed by credibility. The user interface is simple -- nothing too ornate, nothing too basic -- and it is a responsive design. Invoices can be created easily and recurring invoices even more so. Payments can also be tracked easily.

Cons

I have no complaints about FreshBooks that I can think of. I should note that I have been using the tool for a good 4 years, maybe more, and I am struggling to come up with something for this section!
