Pros

The thing I liked most about this software is that I can access it from any device anytime as the data is stored in the cloud. Also I loved the user interface an the ease of access.
FreshBooks contain superb features such as it can easily track all of our incomes and expenses. Hence it is the best business software for finance, sales and marketing.
Super easy to use, pretty user-interface, 10/10 functionality, free option is super good if paying for an account is out of the question.

Pros

It makes the clinical aspect but more importantly the business aspect so darn easy. I love how easy it is to use and stay on top of our daily weekly and monthly goals.
I like the ease of the overall software and how when new employees come in with no knowledge they pick it up super quick.
I love that this is cloud based and that you can pull just about any report that you want. You can also create your own.

Cons

I had a very difficult time using the bookkeeping software on the program. I couldn't customize taxes, and I found that because I have no background in accounting I was really messing up frequently.
I emailed them about this dangerous lack of basic security features and as of December 2019 Freshbooks says there is no plan to add two factor authentication in the future.
The features and functionalities are limited. It takes little bit more time set up and charges on each transaction and need to pay an account after second client.

Cons

Patients were charged twice in one month and neither company as willing to help smooth it out. I lost patients because of this problem.
If you believe the other false reviews and buy Denticon and hate it, I'm sorry you should have listened to this review.
I spent many hours prior to switching to Denticon worrying about my back up mechanism and paying for updates.
