Pros

The best I found in this software was the ease of use, it is very friendly to the user, the cost is very good too. Is a very good value for the money.
For a small company as myself the excellent invoice features has been very helpful and useful.
Ease of use, simplicity, and reliability. I love how easy it is to access, upload information, and navigate through the site.

Pros

For a professional and attractive site, Godaddy Webside Builder is the best. I love the interface, website and page templates, which is why I recommend Godaddy Webside Builder.
GoDaddy is a wonderful company with extensive help features and amazing customer service.
The customer support was awesome. I had a few questions on how to organize things and they came up with some great ideas to showcase my products.

Cons

We would lose all of that if we switched, so unfortunately we are stuck with having to use this horrible new format.
It is really frustrating to have a client not be able to pay through the invoice, and for this reason, only, I have been considering a new software company.
Tier based pricing from Lite to Premier is a bit confusing. WePay advocates having a Chase bank account for faster processing otherwise fails to integrate.

Cons

I was confused , but switched over only to find out it was more retail driven, no blog, and no basic info page showing up in the beginning.
I'm actually having problems with the custom website I built for my own company, and I'm thinking of using this again. Why mess with something that works.
They changed it to an online version only which I hated so I left them.

I Use It For Accounting

I use GoDaddy Accounting because I used to have a different accounting application that GoDaddy purchased last year and I refuse to give it up. I loved my accounting software and so I have begrudgingly kept it even though GoDaddy took over. I like the accounting tool however and am happy with how it works. I import transactions directly from my bank and Freshbooks (my invoicing system) and it tells me my estimated tax payments. I can easily export tax reports for my CPA at the end of the year. So I love it!

Pros

Integrates easily with Freshbooks and Shoeboxed. Easy to use and understand.

Cons

It's owned by GoDaddy. It doesn't import bank data from all banks.
