Pros

It has a great interface which makes it feel very easy to use and has a great set of templates you can use from the beginning for various accounting needs.
For a small company as myself the excellent invoice features has been very helpful and useful.
FreshBooks combined with other applications is a great tool. In any case, if you want to create invoices and send it in a split second and then track and monitor its progress, I recommend FreshBooks.

Pros

I now have a better understanding of HIPAA as well as my staff and have the confidence I have been looking for.
I found it to be very organized. It is time efficient and I appreciate that when it comes to things like this.
What I like most about this software was the ease of use and how fast we were able to implement this program into our medical practice.

Cons

We would lose all of that if we switched, so unfortunately we are stuck with having to use this horrible new format.
It is really frustrating to have a client not be able to pay through the invoice, and for this reason, only, I have been considering a new software company.
Tier based pricing from Lite to Premier is a bit confusing. WePay advocates having a Chase bank account for faster processing otherwise fails to integrate.

Cons

Any issues that others had were due to user error.
There were only a few set backs that were due to user error, not the program.

Great Value and Performance

I run my own small social media marketing firm. When I started up, one of my biggest fears was managing something that I simply knew I was not good at nor was interested in learning. Before making my decision, a business sent me an invoice via FreshBooks and I was impressed with the way it looked. I called him asked if he liked it. He didn't like it. He loved it. So do I. One of the best decisions I made during my pre-launch activities. The platform is flexible, easy to use and customer support is super. Great value!

Pros

Reliable, easy to use, intuitive, flexible.

Cons

Can't recommend it to medical practitioners due to HIPAA non-compliance.

Pros

Its use is easy and very intuitive. The biggest advantages are the possibility of carrying out the automated invoicing and tracking of each of the clients.

Cons

The biggest disadvantage, for some users who own small enterprises with a limited budget or who work from home, is the organization of the information in the cloud, since this implies investing in the necessary equipment in compliance with the software.

FreshBooks is cloud based financial accounting software. Good replacement for Excel and others for small businesses. Can operate in small tiny team, work as solopreneurs, run a freelance service business, good for firm or agency. It's alternative accounting software with pretty lots of features, good inventory stocking system.

Pros

Good suite of features. Maintains accounts organised for compliance. Tightly coupled with reputable software solutions. Instant customer call support. Helps in invoicing 360 degree project management software. Has secured payment gateway accepts payment with stripe . Tree trial of 30 days hats off features and no credit card required which is great plus to the software. Suitable for self employed people, solopreneurs, agencies, consultancies.

Cons

Make more payment processor. Can make for e-commerce business also. I think there is no bad to tell about the software.

Freshbooks has allowed me to feel more in control of the financial aspect of my company.

Pros

Freshbooks is great accounting software for small businesses because it really gears towards educating a business owner on how to better understand the ins and outs of accounting and how to set-up a business financially. I like how there are alerts to know when to file certain taxes and deadlines, it keeps a business owner in compliance with tax obligations.

Cons

I would like more tutorials on how to do payroll with the software.

Most of things are too good but some drawbacks like not store credit card infomation. Customer interface is excellent and ability to not store credit card information locally is key to PCI compliance. We love the recurring profile concept for recurring billing and find the web portal very intuitive. We also appreciate the branding we can do for our clients so they feel this billing platform is an extension of our service and that they are in the right place. This also gives our customers the peace of mind of knowing their transactions and billing information is secure.

One of THE Best Invoicing Softwares

I've been since 2011 and as I stated I love it. I use it to invoice my Clients and I have also used it as a VA for my Clients.

Pros

This software is excellent, especially for its price point. It offers automatic, reoccurring, and tracking within the software. You can also set up backend access for your Clients so that they can access to pay as well as review hours if you are someone who keeps track of your time for tasks. It also has a light built in CRM system that you can input your Clients' details into and you can also message them using this software. You can also track your finances, but personal and business and the software will track and categorize most expenses in your accounts for you making it easier to track your expenses. You can the invoices as well as the software to match your brand as well. It is really a user-friendly, light CRM, invoicing software.

Cons

This is one software that I have literally zero complaints and I love how the software improves with each software update.

Free accounting software.

Pros

The Price. For small biz or side companies, you can't beat free! I'm not an accountant but it seems like it gets the job done.

Cons

Mobile limitations such simple mileage inputs. Somewhat limited functionality but again, its priced right so it works.
