Pros

The best I found in this software was the ease of use, it is very friendly to the user, the cost is very good too. Is a very good value for the money.
For a small company as myself the excellent invoice features has been very helpful and useful.
Ease of use, simplicity, and reliability. I love how easy it is to access, upload information, and navigate through the site.

Pros

I love the fact that they have helpful hints everywhere, so you immediately find answers to whatever it is you don't manage to do. It's pretty straightforward and user friendly.
Now MoneyPenny saves me time and endless frustrations. The developers doing a great job and the CS is very friendly and helpful.
A beautiful interface, best templates in the business (recently made even MORE customisable) and fantastic customer support.

Cons

We would lose all of that if we switched, so unfortunately we are stuck with having to use this horrible new format.
It is really frustrating to have a client not be able to pay through the invoice, and for this reason, only, I have been considering a new software company.
Tier based pricing from Lite to Premier is a bit confusing. WePay advocates having a Chase bank account for faster processing otherwise fails to integrate.

Cons

The only problem i have found is that there is no easy way to apply prepayments to a specific client. Payments can only be applied to invoices which is not ideal.
I worked 5 years now with some other tools and EXCEL. That gives me frustration over frustrations especially when I need to sum up tasks.
MoneyPenny automates everything so I no longer need multiple spreadsheets, user names, passwords, time-trackers or multiple apps I was using before.

Great experience with this new Invoice Software

I was trying to find an alternative to Freshbooks and I found it. MoneyPenny is great. As a freelancer I can now control all the invoices automaticly, send estimates for new clients and control the payments with automatic recurring. I also have a time tracking system. I do believe that the reporting has to be improved, but still I have to say I´m very happy with this new solution :D

I started to use Moneypenny few months ago, on the beginning quite sceptic since I was wondering if there's anything more to be offered after zoho, freshbook and free agent apps for invoicing. I was looking for a tool which will become almost like a 1 stop shop for all my work related to estimating and quoting the work and tasks, time tracking and then finally managing the invoices.
