The ease of use, rich features and reporting and the ability to setup recurring automatic billing is what sold me on Freshbooks.

In the beginning the payment options to setup were limited but that was years ago. Now it works great with my payment processor.

I like the recurring invoice, snap and file receipts, late payment reminder feature. My VA uses this software every day. Highly recommended.

Some of my clients are paying via PayPal and this payment option doesn't seem to be available anymore. Best to have this payment back.

Wish it was a little cheaper, but that's just because we're on a tight budget. For what it does for us, it is still TOTALLY WORTH IT.

Ease of use. Great UI. Ability to electronically send clients invoice via email with embedded payment ability with that integrates with third party (WePay).

Ability to run reports by client payment date.

I love the ability to accept payment online via a professional-looking invoice, knowing when my invoice was opened, and being able to send payment reminders automatically.

The only thing I feel is lacking with FreshBooks is the ability to send estimates that can be converted to invoices. This would be a great feature for me.

I love knowing that my clients have viewed my invoices. I also like tracking some expenses that works excellent. In addtion, try live support, they are wonderful and you will love chatting with them.

Sometimes I struggle with setting up the default of payment and some notifications of payment. Also can they provide sort of forecasting ie. income and so on.

Freshbooks makes it so easy for me to create customer estimates, turn approved estimates into invoices, setup projects, track time and track invoice payments. It's an integral part of my small digital marketing consultancy and I've been a Freshbooks user for 10 years.

Don't we all wish that things were cheaper? Really I get amazing value from Freshbooks. Considering the time it saves me every day and every month, I would still pay if it was way more expensive.

We can send the late payment alerts and gets to charge late payment fees through overdue reminder. It is cloud based account system with high security data protocols

No ability to match the imported bank transaction to those already entered and sometimes difficult to find duplicate transaction.

Freshbooks is easy to navigate and to use. It helps me keep my client information organized and payments are done efficiently and with ease.

I wish there were more integrations for various payment methods.

I like how it has built in invoicing and readily export everything to a spreadsheet for easy balancing and book monitoring. I like that it goes readily with an iOS app so we can use it on the go.

More integrations with payment methods. They probably could expand to direct point of sale and other payment methods. But beyond from that, I have nothing bad to say against Freshbooks.

- Ease of use for us and the customer - Ability for users to quickly login and see outstanding invoices - Ability to track revenue, expenses, and time - Quickly follow up with bounced payments by re-running at a click of a link.

- A little more granularity on permission levels between users would be helpful. - The inability to break out payments in multiple stages would be great. The down payment option helps, but it's not very intuitive.

Ease of use, support. Payment methods. Mobility. secure and reliable.

When comparing this service with other platforms. The price may be higher then the free or basic entry level price points. I long to see the software developed to use support tickets and for CRM type features. I wish I could use Google maps like the good old days. (address lookup) These are all personal opinion items that have no effect on their ability to perform what they do well. Cloud accounting.

We are using FreshBooks to generate invoice to our clients and to manage them, FreshBooks keeps all the issued invoices in order and retrieval is comparatively more easy. The month end accounts is a hassle task but with the use of FreshBooks it has become less painful. Great product !

The features are limited and needs additional payment to add more features.

Automated invoicing, automatic payment reminders and late fees, integrations through Zapier.

I'd like to see more customization options such as an additional payment reminder (three max currently), more flexibility with credits, and maybe more design options for the invoices themselves.

Easy flow for credit card payments, automated monthly invoicing, automated payment reminders.

Monthly invoice does not display amount owing from previous invoices that have not been paid.
