Tier based pricing from Lite to Premier is a bit confusing. WePay advocates having a Chase bank account for faster processing otherwise fails to integrate.

Pros

The feature to track time for projects. I like how I can create projects in order to track time. The email alerts on how many hours you're employees are putting in on projects is a great feature.

Cons

Not a seamless process. When the system has so many projects under one client when you going to put in your time for each project everything comes up and there's so many it's hard to just go through them it's not in an organized manner not easy to find and select the project .

Great option for freelancers

Pros

I like the time tracking feature. I love knowing where I'm spending my time. I also like the project features, so I can see if I'm sticking to the projected hours. I love the invoicing system, too, with caveats.

Cons

I wish I could be time tracking multiple projects at once. I wish a new tab could pop up without having to close out and log the other one, for convenience sake. I wish I could use PayPal e-checks again because they saved me a ton of money on bank fees. I'm losing a lot of money with WePay.

work becomes easy with fresh book

Even though the software saves the data of history of income and expenses , It becomes difficult to make a budget report off it.

Pros

I have using it for more than a week and i found its a really useful web tool for all professionals mainly who are in the stream of business management.Accounting becomes an easy task for people like us.It has got many good features like tax summaries and expense reports can be viewed any time. Major attractive part is the system's time tracking module which can extract unbilled project hours into invoices.The software is available even as a mobile app which is most needed for every business magnets.

Cons

The drawback I personally feel is that it could also be operated also in full offline mode too.

Great software that's Simple to Use!

I have been using FreshBooks for almost 4 years. I don't have really complicated needs, just project tracking, hour reporting, and invoicing. FreshBooks (while it has WAY more than what I need) has accomplished all this for me, and done it in a very user-friendly way.

Pros

Ease-of-use is a big deal. I am able to send invoices to clients, and even keep communication going about an invoice that has been overlooked.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues with the software for the needs I have. The one function I wish this software had was a reverse invoicing option. Sometimes I barter work for products, and it's difficult to invoice that with the current setup (but that's a minor issue).
