Pros

It has a great interface which makes it feel very easy to use and has a great set of templates you can use from the beginning for various accounting needs.
For a small company as myself the excellent invoice features has been very helpful and useful.
FreshBooks combined with other applications is a great tool. In any case, if you want to create invoices and send it in a split second and then track and monitor its progress, I recommend FreshBooks.

Pros

Technical support is fabulous, both through packaged online help and, on the very few occasions when it has been necessary, direct contact with a technical support representative.
Overall, my experience with Rocket Matter has been very successful in navigating through the website and it is pretty self explanatory which helps when training new employees comes up.
I also love the layout, being able to customize, the drop-down feature helps keep me organized and the page clean.

Cons

We would lose all of that if we switched, so unfortunately we are stuck with having to use this horrible new format.
It is really frustrating to have a client not be able to pay through the invoice, and for this reason, only, I have been considering a new software company.
Tier based pricing from Lite to Premier is a bit confusing. WePay advocates having a Chase bank account for faster processing otherwise fails to integrate.

Cons

It freezes all the time. This is disruptive to my workday.
It defaults to the current date which is slightly annoying when you are entering time for a prior date.
Constant problems with slow service. Accounting feature does not integrate well with QUICKBOOKS.

Accounting Software designed with Small Business in mind

You don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out the Freshbooks software and its mobile app lets you take payments and send invoices on the fly.

Pros

Expenses, invoicing, estimates, time tracking all in one location without the hassle.

Cons

As of right now I have nothing negative to say about Freshbooks. I love it!

Freshbooks is a handy and reliable tool to manage all your business finances. It is easy to implement and use on a daily basis. The app has a very good range of functionalities that make your accounts fully portable and always responsive. A few features do not perform as expected, which may cause some frustration. However and overall, this tool is excellent value for money.

Pros

Ease of implementation, intuitive interface, versatile, scalable

Cons

Inaccuracy of automated processes. Reconciliation of expenses simply does not work, no matter how many time you amend the parameters.

Getting paid so much faster and 100%saving on paperwork.my invoices were sent out in a timely matter

Sign up was easy.Finding my way around and learning the software was fairly easy

Cons

I did find out that to much and not enough explaining. It would be easier to fellow a guide line ,instead having to do a lot of reading

Is a great application for follow expenses from all the company and the payments can be schedule to a big calendar.

Cons
