All features are good but I like the online transaction feature as online transactions are allowed with full security of Freshbooks.

Best Accounting Software

That would be great if there were some toy examples or dummy data that users who just want to try the software see how it works. Seeing the overall picture with the dummy data might help.
With one click add the toy data and clear the data if users want to try their own data.

Good product but very buggy and major issues persist for months (or years). They make you go through so many hoops just to troubleshoot. 

Customer service is quick and friendly but they don't fix important issues

I have been using fresh books for over a year now.  It has made billing painless for me as I was tired of making sheets after sheets to maintain a database and then bill them accordingly.
