Pros

It has a great interface which makes it feel very easy to use and has a great set of templates you can use from the beginning for various accounting needs.
For a small company as myself the excellent invoice features has been very helpful and useful.
FreshBooks combined with other applications is a great tool. In any case, if you want to create invoices and send it in a split second and then track and monitor its progress, I recommend FreshBooks.

Pros

The sales quote and sales order functions are intuitive and help sales people create deals that they can close. The mobile app is a fantastic addition to the usefulness of the software.
Overall, the system is a good value for the money. It is a favorite amongst my colleagues and I would recommend it to anyone who is in the decision making process.
What I like the most about this software is that this software serves entirely for sales department. Since i work as sales specialist, i am very satisfied with what this software offers.

Cons

We would lose all of that if we switched, so unfortunately we are stuck with having to use this horrible new format.
It is really frustrating to have a client not be able to pay through the invoice, and for this reason, only, I have been considering a new software company.
Tier based pricing from Lite to Premier is a bit confusing. WePay advocates having a Chase bank account for faster processing otherwise fails to integrate.

Cons

There are a few drawbacks with SAP business one, such as the standard reports are quite rigid and ugly.
No payrolling, you need to maintain the business process integration between the two products. Lack flexibility to choose the modules or functions you want.
Partners need to be well vetted as bad projects and consultants can hold you back. Software can be slow if badly customised, processes are poor or data model is wrong.

Pros

Very user friendly. It was very easy to learn and integrated well with paypal and shopify. I use the app also in mobile a lot and it organized every listing or entries and to whatever I liked.

Cons

I wish I can edit multiple entries at a time. I know that FreshBooks was created for smaller business but it was becoming a chore having to go by each entries one by one.

My experience with freshbooks has been overwhelmingly positive. When I first started my business I discovered fresh books and it was a lifesaver to me then and is still to this day.

Pros

What I like most about freshbooks is the easy to use interface. I was able to learn how to use it fairly quickly even though there are lots of options.

Cons

This software has been meeting the needs of my business for many years. If I want to change one thing I would lower the price.

I needed a platform to keep track of my expenses, invoice customers and bill my hours.

Pros

Simplicity Easy to use You do not need to have an accounting background to use the platform Mobile app can send invoices on the go can upload expenses and take photos of your receipt Great customer service Has all of the major features you need except one....and its kind of a big one. Payroll

Cons

Unfortunately, there is no payroll component to Freshbooks which I personally feel is a major component to running a business. You have to look to another provider who offers payroll which isn't ideal. One platform that supports all your small business accounting needs is more preferable.

I would say it has one of the best graphical user interface, I saw in my life. Tracking tasks progress is very easy and representations make it very easy to understand. The timeline is so beautiful and it's easy to learn and easy to use.

Cons

Not good for the businesses who have inventory or stock. They should add new feature also otherwise, it's one of the amazing tools for business owners for invoices and tracking progress

The invoices and other business reports are safely and orderly stored in this product. The customer service team are very reliable.

Cons

The implementation of the software in our business was somehow complex. It needed some technical support. It is always hardy to navigate from one feature to another during the first few days.

It is so easy to use! It's especially great for when you are starting out as a freelancer or start up. The customer service team is top notch and very responsive. It's integrations with other software is so easy.

Cons

When I was assisting one of my clients with a business loan, we didn't have the information in a format that was accepted. Mainly P&L sheets and financial statements. That was unfortunate.

Pros

This software really was so simple to get started with, and any time I've called with a question, I've been very impressed by the fact that they *actually* listen, and give a relevant and helpful answer.

Cons

I don't think that I am able to add a second business in the same account; that would be helpful because I need to separate out my income streams from one another come tax time.

Best Project Management for Small Business

If you ask me for a rating, I would give 8 out of 10. With a huge amount of features like invoicing, Client Portal, Contact Management, Expense Tracking, Project Management make your business easy to manage. For people who are trying to start a new business, I would recommend the FreshBooks at first.

Pros

FreshBooks is very easy to use and has so many features that help you manage your business in a short time. They have excellent customer services. The most fascinating thing about FreshBooks is it has also mobile app and the UI design is so eye-catching. They create attractive invoices for clients. Another coolest feature of FreshBooks is "Proposal". This feature allows you to show the work and writing space and attach your customize pictures.

Cons

Although you can hardly find cons in FreshBooks. But sometimes something grabs notice. I think the least likable thing about FreshBooks is limiting users. Only one user can use FreshBooks. And the other one is the price. I think as a small business management tool, it is a little expensive than others.

I've saved hundreds of hours using Freshbooks over the years. Freshbooks is one of the apps that I use most in my business.

Pros

Customer support and ease of use.

Cons

Don't like that the new platform doesn't integrate with Authorize.net

Great for my parents' small business

Pros

Great for small businesses. It gives you pretty much everything you would need to run a business, like invoices etc, and puts it all in one place.

Cons

It is not compatible with some of the other softwares we use, such as our email is connected to our website, and therefore can't be used with this software

small business vs accountant friendly

I found it to be a great software for small businesses with less than 5 years in a certain industry

Pros

It performed the duties needed by most small business as for as the invoicing and taking retainers which is the lifeblood of small companies, the pricing models they had were very reasonable. I like that you could customize the invoicing to what ever country it was going to

Cons

It was not accountant friendly, most small business just wants to see the business coming in and doesn't want anything to do with the accounting side of the business, It was only geared toward the small business, I didn't like that there was no accountant version

Tons of Features and Easy to Use

Fresh Books is a must have for businesses that want to simplify their accounting software. My team loved all the options and great support. I will be recommending this software to my business colleagues.

Pros

There is so many features that any one at any level can use. The pricing options definitely made this a great purchase item to help my business.

Cons

It could have some more options on customizing reports.

Pros

Keep it all in one place and I love the mobile app that syncs very well, and the WePay credit card processing feature is very reasonable priced and quick on the money transfer.

Cons

It does not have all the features one would look for in a servicing business for example when creating an estimate it is not possible to apply discounts to only certain item only to the entire total,

Best accounting software for small time business owners is FreshBooks

Pros

It's user friendly, intuitive and probably one of the best and clatter-free accounting software there is. Very easy to use and there is literally zero complicacy.

Cons

I think it's pricing could be improved. As this is best for small time business owners, pricing might be an issue. Other than this, I find there is everything one can think of having within an accounting software.
