The backbone of my business

I launched my business on Freshbooks and have continued to heavily depend on it for the day to day management. Everything from time tracking to invoices to expenses. It's easy to use, affordable and a one stop shop for the things that designers don't like to spend time doing.

What do you like best?

Easy to use, clean, quick, user friendly, client friendly

What do you dislike?

Limited reporting and graphing, not a robust accounting software, not a robust project management program

Why did you end up selecting FreshBooks over other applications?

Simplicity and ease of use for clients

If so, why did you switch?

It was on my computer and not in the cloud. It was complicated and had too many tools that were unnecessary.

If you are a small to medium business that needs a tool to manage projects, track time and send invoices, this is your tool. Setup is quick and easy and my clients love the ability to accept estimates and quickly pay invoices.
