Freshbooks has changed the way we do business. We used to employ a person 8 hours a week to take care of invoicing and receivables and now I (co-owner) do 95% of it myself in 2-4 hours a month. All staff login and track time, we assign expenses to appropriate clients and clients pay their bulls. Love it!
Affordable, very friendly and helpful support, fairly easy to use
The web interface is still not responsive although I know they are working on it. There are some minor flukes with recurring invoice generation, draft vs autosend and autobilling and credits being applied to existing and new invoices.
5 staff all login daily, track time and the 2 owners manage expenses and invoices weekly.
