FreshBooks combined with other applications is a great tool. In any case, if you want to create invoices and send it in a split second and then track and monitor its progress, I recommend FreshBooks.

Tier based pricing from Lite to Premier is a bit confusing. WePay advocates having a Chase bank account for faster processing otherwise fails to integrate.

I've tried a lot of invoicing software out there, but Freshbooks is the best by far.  The handiest features are it lets me automate my customer's billing, so I can stop wasting time tracking down payments or running to the bank to deposit checks.  Their large selection of third party integrations also makes life easier.  I can say that I could not run my business as efficiently without it.

My review

I'm an Instructional Designer / Consultant / eLearning Developer... and I've used FreshBooks for years. I have a full-time job but sometimes find opportunities to work on the side. Obviously, I love what I do and can easily get caught up in the work. This used to cause trouble because I'd forget how much time I spent on certain tasks and wouldn't bill for that work. Now, I use FreshBooks and the timer ensures my billing is highly accurate. I especially love how I can use FreshBooks for multiple projects, invoicing, and I don't need to use it every day to get a good ROI.
