It has a great interface which makes it feel very easy to use and has a great set of templates you can use from the beginning for various accounting needs.

FreshBooks combined with other applications is a great tool. In any case, if you want to create invoices and send it in a split second and then track and monitor its progress, I recommend FreshBooks.

Tier based pricing from Lite to Premier is a bit confusing. WePay advocates having a Chase bank account for faster processing otherwise fails to integrate.

Great for the Solo Entrpreneur Start-Ups

I'm a long time FreshBooks user and overall I love it.  It saves me many hours of work each month compared to the manual invoicing process I used to use.  For me there is just one glaring hole in FreshBooks' feature set ... the ability to email customers a simple list of their outstanding invoices and a total of what they owe me. In other words, a standard monthly statement that is a basic component of any other B2B accounts receivable system I've ever seen.  As it is now, FreshBooks just provides a means to send the complete account ledger (what FreshBooks erroneously calls  a statement) which lists all the debits and credits since the beginning of the account. While it does show the total due, it's difficult for clients to decipher and it shows the grand total of what they've paid me since time began. FreshBooks, why would I want to show my  customer the grand total of what they've paid me the last ten years?  The only thing that can come of that is for them to think they're paying me too much.  I keep thinking one of these years FreshBooks will finally fix this, which to me seems like it should be a relatively easy change, but alas I'm still manually creating account statements for customers.

Recently, I've switched to Freshbooks from another invoicing system and I am loving it! Now, keep in mind, I hate managing the finances for my business. I decided to get my ducks in a row before tax time to keep my finances super organized. I've heard several entrepreneurs rave about Freshbooks so I decided to give it a try.  

I love the ease of use and the features. However, the only thing I wish it could give the user the ability to add a Vendor in addition to an Expense. I'd like to be able to add vendors that I haven't been invoiced for yet. 

Overall, I plan to recommend it to other entrepreneurs and small business owners. If you're using Quickbooks, save yourself the headache and head over to Freshbooks...you won't regret it!
