Pros
If we talk about features I think it is one of the best. They need to make sandbox environments better.
My overall experience has been a great one, thank you.
This makes it so much easier to find out what cards are about to expire. If I need help, when I call customer support they are there to help.
Pros
I fell in love with ChargeBee's interface and sleek outlook. They have rich features to offer, perfect for companies who look for a solid alternative to manage their subscription transactions.
It's extremely easy to use. Should you run into any issues, their support team is amazing and very responsive.
Overall a very capable subscription management tool with great integrations and great support them.
Cons
Currently our biggest problem with Fusebill is updating the price for a product in our subscriptions.
That we didn't find them earlier and wasted so much time lookng at their competitors.
We never thought that price changes would be a missing feature for a recurring billing system.
Cons
I've already lost over $6000 in charges I can't add to my customers' invoices and a few thousand dollars in invoices that can't be generated.
I never had this problem with my previous provider and they aren't even a billing or invoicing company.
Sometimes due to system error invoices get created and get paid, which is not in order. I cannot bill single customer from to supplier.
