Good experience as it helps in managing travel and expense management.
Oversee costs put together by workers, Good for Vendor Management It helps in Employee Reimbursements. Live chats are also available which helps in case we don't understand anything. It helps in automatic expense capture.
Filling in information with required time stamp, which is hard to accomplish for each cost. Free trial versions are not available.

I have been using this for the last two years and this is a amazing solution. It saves hours for submitting your travel expenses

easy claims, easy reimbursements .
Happay is easy to use,you can easily maintain your expenses. got this to use to validate our daily expenses and made claims on our part, be it domestic or international. It made easy and claims are added directly to your bank account
nothing as such but its sometimes painful to switch every time to mileage and domestic expenses and change wallet or imprest.

My overall experience is good. :D
It has a great UI which helps the user to use the app very easily.
At some of your points, the app stuck. When I tried to go back, I just logged out which irritate me most.

Very good experience with Happay as i am a user of this app from very long time and i don't find any cons in this app. "Perfect means Perfect"
Software ia very easy to operate also the follow up system is very good. You ca update Review and change your requirements after final submission. Now your claims process is in your hand and can check everywhere with one touch. Very good for maintaining all expenses in one app with all data and update

Paper less way of clearing all the expense and getting approved from the reviewer automatically as they get the notification. No need of carrying the hardcopies of invoices.
Happay helps us to manage the expense in its vertical heads without discomfort. With the help of this we are able to get the advance without being present in the office. We can settle up the everything from where ever we want.
Some times there are software bugs which blocks to submit few report by showing violations in rules but the same may be proceeded in any other report.

We have used Concur software in our previous organization & that was very user friendly. Happay is using more time in filing reports.
Sync between mobile app and laptop is very good. Report download is good
Wrong expenses can't be deleted by the user who created is pathetic. It creates garbage. Options for reporting one particular expense are quite more. Should have lesser user friendly options.

My overall experience with Happay is very good. Its very easy to use. I would also recommend this to the other organisations if I switch from my current job.
# Easy to handle and add expenses in it. # More Easier using Bulk Expenses upload sheet.
# No sample file is available for Bulk Expenses. Its complicated for a new user to use that feature. # One major issue with Bulk Expenses sheet is that very few cities are available in the list of city. So, we aren't able to add the actual city there and have to select some random city to get the work done.

There's no GPS tracker for mileage expenses, it'll be better to have this feature
