Pros

Really good product, easy to manage even when you are on the site, thanks to the app that duplicates most of the web functions. Easy to configure and easy to use.
I love how easy it is to use and the email reminders for when I've accidentally left the clock running is fantastic. The customer service is also great.
I just started using this because of its integration with Trello and Quickbooks, and it's been pretty amazing.

Pros

Love it, I use it everyday. Very easy to maneuver through - just wish it could be more accurate at some times.
I think it's great for overall business, would definitely recommend using it to other friends in sales and other organizations.
I love the ease of use to find contact data on my target prospects then how I’m quickly able to get them into Salesforce.

Cons

A lot of jobs can take several days to complete, so the lack of a feature that allows you to pull up the previous day's job and add additional time to it is a bit of a headache.
I don't have anything to complain about with this software. I have not had any issues.
I dislike that sometimes it can be easy to track for the wrong client. The report also rounds to the nearest 15 minutes unless you select a detailed report.

Cons

Now I can do it in 3-5 minutes... with no data errors. For a salesperson, this is a must-have program.
When capturing this is not recognised and has to be changed manually. For France there are similar problems.
I had several problems with importing leads from a particular website which is this one [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN.

Its the best way to manage time

Very easy to capture time from task programs like Asana.

Pros

It is very easy to use and setup. The reporting is exactly what we need to be on top of our business. With one view we can see which projects is over running on budget and time and which not.

Great Time Tracking App

Pros

Harvest has everything that a small business owner would need to tracking the time spent by employees on projects. Harvest works well for consulting firms that need an easy way to track time against projects, but to also track time against various types of projects (e.g. fixed fee, hourly, time and materials, etc.). It can handle everything that you need, and can also connect with CRMs and other systems.

Cons

Harvest itself is a great application. It is easy to use and setup. However, the views for time entry can be hard to understand (specifically the weekly view) because users can capture hours but not include the descriptions.

Easy Time Tracker / Invoicing suited for freelancers

I stopped using Word for invoicing and never looked back, as you can send a receipt so easily, you can send out automated payment reminders to annoy those late payers and not bother yourself.

Pros

It's simple and I can track all projects. It allows simple Estimates to be accepted by the client. And you can also turn all your billable hours into an invoice in an easy step. Cheap!

Cons

It doesn't allow for direct deposit pay now link, as I dont use Paypal for business. It doesnt offer window-capture tracking if you happen to have a VA, and the price goes up steeply when adding another user.

Time tracking made easy!

Harvest has become a seamless part of our workflow, which we've consistently used to accurately track our time. It's helped us quote future projects based on the granular detail we're able to capture using harvest on our current projects.

Pros

The fact I'm abel to efficiently and accurately track my time against a range of tasks I've previously set up makes Harvest a winner. Honestly don't know how we'd operate the studio without it.

Cons

Sometimes I forget to start the timer, so it'd be great if the app could give a nudge or something similar if a timer is not running. It does a great job of reminding you if you leave a timer running too longer, however, which is great.

Fairly intuitive to use, gets the job done

Pros

It's very easy to use overall - I can submit my time using a daily or weekly calendar view and simply enter numbers or intervals to capture time worked for the specific project that's set up in the system.

Cons

I still find it fairly time consuming to track everything on a monthly basis. It's one of my least favorite parts of my job. While the software is easy to use, it doesn't necessarily help reduce that burden beyond ease of use.
