Pros

Really good product, easy to manage even when you are on the site, thanks to the app that duplicates most of the web functions. Easy to configure and easy to use.
I love how easy it is to use and the email reminders for when I've accidentally left the clock running is fantastic. The customer service is also great.
I just started using this because of its integration with Trello and Quickbooks, and it's been pretty amazing.

Pros

Just improve the above cons, other than that it is really great. One of the main things I like is that this software has the ability to update and can improve.
As it improves our productivity will also improve, as will our staff's ability to convey the pulse of the business to our owner which was our primary reason for selecting Paskr software.
I love that a change order can be made and executed within 5 minutes, even from the field. I love that RFIs can be made in the field and responded to by the required parties, even from a smart phone.

Cons

A lot of jobs can take several days to complete, so the lack of a feature that allows you to pull up the previous day's job and add additional time to it is a bit of a headache.
I don't have anything to complain about with this software. I have not had any issues.
I dislike that sometimes it can be easy to track for the wrong client. The report also rounds to the nearest 15 minutes unless you select a detailed report.

Cons

I have used Timberline in the past and although Timberline is poor when it comes to customer support I would beg, borrow, or steal to have it over Paskr.
Meeting minutes are horrible. You cannot simply create a new/updates status for items that get tracked from meeting to meeting.
This has been an inconvenience on several occasions. There is also some minor "clunkiness" to the site, though Paskr has worked to make improvements.
