Pros

Really good product, easy to manage even when you are on the site, thanks to the app that duplicates most of the web functions. Easy to configure and easy to use.
I love how easy it is to use and the email reminders for when I've accidentally left the clock running is fantastic. The customer service is also great.
I just started using this because of its integration with Trello and Quickbooks, and it's been pretty amazing.

Pros

Cloud storage and collaboration with other members of the team is great. Easy and simple to use with great customer service that will walk you through how to use the software.
It helps me determine if my painters are using too much in materials and gives me a good idea if I have material theft on the project. It also helps me budget better.
The best thing about this software is the ease of use and the customization of takeoffs you can do. Other takeoff programs don't allow you to just take off the simple items like this does.

Cons

A lot of jobs can take several days to complete, so the lack of a feature that allows you to pull up the previous day's job and add additional time to it is a bit of a headache.
I don't have anything to complain about with this software. I have not had any issues.
I dislike that sometimes it can be easy to track for the wrong client. The report also rounds to the nearest 15 minutes unless you select a detailed report.

Cons

Some of the preset names for materials are not what our suppliers/vendors call them. This makes it confusing for anyone new to the trade and you are unable to rename the preset names.
The only Con is you are charged by user. If you have a single account Only one person can be logged on.
I can't determine if its the software or the hardware of my laptop, but when I use it I find that the documents/image lags on medium to large files.

My overall experience with Harvest is great! Would definitely recommend.

Pros

I love using harvest! It really helps with project management - seeing how much time you’re taking with what tasks and projects. It really helps you make data-driven decisions!

Cons

The unsynced entries on the mobile app - mine are stacking up on my notifications, even though they are tracking on my week and are on the weekly report.

Awesome product, even if you're not billing by time tracking

Pros

We are heavy users of the invoice generation and team allocation features. Great usability and very straighforward. Helps us organize and execute faster.

Cons

A bit pricey since we do not use all the full-stack features so the cost-benefit is biased there. Could have more features based on value based pricing, instead of billable hours or fixed project fees.
