Pros

Loved it for while it lasted, they offer generous discounts and amazing customer service when needed.
I recently started using Harvest and I love it. I love that it just shows up on the top on my Macbook so I can easily add time without going on the website.
Customer support is amazing. I really love this software, and will continue to use it indefinitely.

Pros

It's perfect for a small service business like mine. But my absolute favorite feature is the ability to use the timer to start/stop/start project work on the fly.
I also love that I can run reports so I can see where I am spending most of my time. As a freelance designer every penny counts and the fact that I get all this functionality for free is a huge win.
The ease of tracking consultants time by project and activity through great reporting capabilities.

Cons

Sometimes i make a mistake and put 2.5, which is wrong because it means 2hours 50 minutes. I also don't know how it kept inputting off decimal numbers.
It is a pain to use if you have little random projects that come up frequently because they then have to be separately added to Harvest as their own job by the project manager.
Notifications can't be configured for a project and time off, missing advances features such as billing.

Cons

Occasional failures or loss of service without warning or apparent reason. The desktop application is a little complicated.
One thing it was a bit confusing at the beginning was the total time balance. We couldn’t figure out how to change it or if you wanted to work more than X hours one day, it gave you an error.
Lack of API integration with other IT systems.

Time tracking is hard, I've used 2-3 other time tracking apps on a daily basis for a couple of months and the only piece of software that really nailed the core functionality for me was TMetric. The interface is put simply, a pleasure to work with. On top of that, I don't even use the main interface that much, because the Chrome Extension integrates neatly with almost every (webdev) project management...
