Pros

Love this program and I am so thankful for the ability to schedule emails, to keep everything in one place, and how their inquiry forms integrate beautifully to our website.
Plus, I can see the details at a glance and love the ability to integrate my own pictures so my clients and I can all see the beautiful eye catching graphics of my choosing.
I love that I was able to customize marketing materials like brochures and questionnaires quickly in order to connect with my inquiries. I also love that they were heavily customizable.

Pros

Allseated allows me to create floorplans for my customers. They love the results, and it is as much a pleasure to create them as can be hoped for.
Is a huge time saver and is very user friendly and the support is great. This company is a winner.
All Seated is the best software on the market. Amazing technology and user friendly.

Cons

My only complaint, which is more of a personal preference than a complaint, is that the invoice templates are a bit difficult to figure out when you begin using them.
After a disagreement about drapery our wedding planner quit and refused to return our money and deleted all information off honeybook immediately.
Very confusing switching over. I have been running my client management for over 4 years on my own.

Cons

The only frustration I have with this software is that if I am not in the list page And I am idle for a duration it kicks me out of the software and I must re-login.
This is nothing that should deter anyone from making a purchasing decision, it's just a frustration occasionally.
It's super annoying to not be able to have multiple people editing at the same time, moving items can be a bit frustrating.
