HR Hero is like having an HR compliance guru in your pocket. It is a valuable resource, with comprehensive templates, articles and sample policies, all of which are customizable. The Handbook builder is intuitive and easy to use. We also subscribe to their Employment Law Letter for our state, and it is invaluable and a great tool to use to train supervisors!
I cannot think of anything! It is easy to use and has the information we need. I just love that it alerts us when a law has changed and our policy might need updating.

Ease of navigation and use of ADP for obtaining data on employees. I like the help option to look up information.
Getting timed out after short periods of log in time and pulling reports are not easy. I struggle with creating and pulling reports.

Overall, our experience has been extremely positive. Our costs have decreased, employee satisfaction has increased and compliance with HR and Payroll regulations has greatly improved.
I love how my HR and Payroll services are integrated to make everything streamlined and simpler. This significantly decreases errors and helps employees and my HR team be more efficient.
Some reports could be named more clearly but there is nothing that I dislike!

I love HR Comp Services! It is so nice to have someone to bounce ideas off of and ask questions when you are the only HR practioner in a company.
Implementation and Payroll Comp Services were a little rocky. I felt like our implementation was rushed and had a bad experience with my first payroll consultant. I was recently given a new payroll consultant and he is great! I am very happy that ADP made a switch for me.

Great services and product overall. Great Payroll and HR resources
Innovation and comprehensive resources are vital to success. Has taken the place of multiple previous resources.
The backup customer service representatives are not always as knowledgable about the system and support needed as our regular reps are.

Overall our experience with Comprehensive Services is very good. There is plenty of support and a wealth of information we have access to. Everybody at ADP is working hard to give the support we need and most smaller issues that come up are not disrupting our operation.
It offers the full package for Payroll and HR services with almost unlimited options of tailoring to the companies needs. It works well when everything is set up and makes payroll and HR much easier to manage
It is sometimes time consuming and a lengthier process to solve problems and find/fix the reasons behind some calculation errors or other issues that randomly appear.

Take my advice, outsourcing is NOT always teh answer. Things make look golden on paper and in "demo mode", but live on the floor during peak buisness hours, you do not have time to 'troubleshoot' a ADP ticket for teh 1,000th time.

Entry level staff CONSTANTLY has an issue clocking into the system, which requires their Supervisor to manually adjust each punch. On average with my last employer, I was correcting 80 missed or incorrect punches per two week period for 9 employees. HR FMLA processing is, from my experience, a horrendous and borderline illegal mishandling of information. Very easy to 'file" for FMLA, but after that initial phone call, no one knows what's going on. The frontline staff answering the phone tries their best to interpret the information to provide updates, but the "back office" is elusive and does not speak with customers or offer assistance to frontline staff that is trying to explain status information for leave cases. I had to eventually start recording my calls to ensure my internal HR department had a record of the horrible service my previous employe is probably paying close to a 1M per year.

We are working on updating the Pay Grades and aligning them with merit increases and bonuses.
I like that we can intergrade different functions for different departments in on HR system.
I don't like when the updates reject certain functions or don't keep information needed.

When you can see your HR team and the ADP all working together, its amazing!
The software allows for support when you need it and still lets you remain in control, pull the reports you need for your business and proceed with the facets you need.
The change from a lower version to a more robust version can be challenging with this software. It's important to stay ahead of that curve.

We use ADP to track attendance, submit expense reports, and receive payslips and other HR documentation. Recently we switched to a more complete implementation of a competing system, and it feels much more solid and user-friendly.
We have a single access point for several HR functions such as time tracking, expense reports, and payslips.
The interface always requires several clicks to get anywhere, and it is a bit redundant and unintuitive - perhaps due to the way our HR set the system up. Accessing it and filling out data feels like a chore.

I would definitely recommend ADP to medium and large sized businesses. The amount of services that they offer are unparalleled to others.
This software is wonderful for managing multiple different avenues of HR functions. From payroll to benefits, it’s extremely comprehensive.
I struggled with getting quick fixes to issues that we came up against at the store. Calling customer support usually required a decent amount of time to troubleshoot before a resolution was achieved.

The Payroll, Reporting and HR services team have provided valuable insights and assistance whether for routine questions or more complex issues helping me make informed decisions.
It is User friendly, it streamlines complex HR tasks making payroll process, benefits and reporting a lot easier.
The one thing I did not like was that they do not provide IT team come to our location to set up the clocks the assistance was done only via phone and it was time consuming and inconvenient.

I can be a one person HR department. Also, I can create reports that third parties are requesting in a matter of minutes since all the information is in one system.
That it entails all HR aspects. Love that everything you need to know is a click or two away.
The implementation falls short of the expectations. No true guidance is given. It is up to the implementer to make the decision, but what if we don't know how we want to set up the feature.

End of year processing is easy and convenient for admins and employees.
Systems don't flow as they should between HR, Benefits and Payroll. Reporting functionality should be more simplified. Trying to find invoices should be all in one place.

I like ADP Comprehensive Services because it flows from HR to Payroll seamlessly. I also like that there's a customer service number with options to choose depending what areas (HR, Payroll, Compliance, Reporting, Tax, etc.) you need help in. My rep., [sensitive content hidden] is very responsive in resolving my issues.
I like ADP Comprehensive Services because it has a lot of features/modules (HR, Payroll, Tax, WGPS, GLI, Reporting that is essential in employee management.
Some of the management reports, I don't have visibility when it gets imported to 3rd party vendor so when there's an issue, I'm unable to identify and resolve.

While the service addresses many essential HR needs, there are areas that need improvement. Overall I I am comfortable using the system.
What I liked most about ADP Comprehensive Services was its integration of various HR functions into one platform, which helps simplify tasks. Customer support is generally responsive.
What I liked least about ADP Comprehensive Services was the disruption caused during the implementation phase. While changes were made in the background, our team was not notified, leading to interruptions in our daily operations. When we inquired about these disruptions, there was a lack of accountability and communication.

While ADP Comprehensive Services offers many benefits, there are a few areas where I felt improvements could be made. One of the primary concerns was the platform’s complexity in certain features. Despite its broad range of functionalities, some aspects of the system can be quite intricate to navigate, especially for new users. This complexity occasionally leads to longer learning curves and can be a bit overwhelming for HR teams who are not as tech-savvy. Additionally, while ADP’s customer support is generally responsive, there were instances where resolving issues took longer than expected
