I often use the feature designed to pull a report, by state, for laws within specific topics. Great resource and abilit to download into PDF and send along is terrific.

I would love to be able to pull the above mentioned reports into an excel file so I can manipulate it after download.

Meets all compliance…allows for easy updates. Also allows for ease of use with employees.

Not excited about the recurring cost just for yearly maintenance. You should have a cost for creating the product and another for maintaining the product. I am a small business and know many others and have recommended your product, all with the same response.

EHS Hero has made our jobs so much easier! We really enjoy and use the program for use in our compliance programs and other areas we have questions about and need more information.

Login in shuts down often and I have to have it escalated to be able to log back in. Not a system that I can get departmental buy in to use. Not sure why, maybe not as user friendly as I thought. Job descriptions do not allow for the title we use

We were able to locate a job description that provided an excellent starting point for creating our own. There were a couple options that we were able to reference in order to compare which one would be most relevant to our search.

In order to do a search, you have to first create a search option, before you can actually perform your search. And although there were a couple options to choose from, there were not many in our search results. The job we were searching for was not out of the ordinary either, so I would have expected to find more results. And when we found one that was suitable, it was a little quirky in order to figure out how to download it.

The software is easy to navigate. It is also reliable.

I would like to see statistical information by industry such as turnover ratios. This is public information and I feel it could be added to the software.

I used it for looking up various items and the handbook builder. The handbook builder was an excellent tool for compiling a handbook.

I am not aware of any issues with any of the products I used.

It's great to be able to narrow down research to information that deals with our state. I don't need to know about other states and this really helps. The wide variety of reference guides, forms and policies always give me a great jumping off point when writing new policies or revising old ones.

I can't think of anyting that I would like to add to the software.

When I am able to find what I am looking fo it is very good information

It is not user friendly and I find it difficult to view and retrieve information

Informational on all aspects of HR, up to date articles, very specific

sometimes the articles are hard to find, and searching sometimes is time consuming

Easy tool to use and great access to HR and Compliance matters

Would like to have a team price so others could have access without the subscription getting too expensive.

The state chart builder is very effective.

Search functionality is a little cumbersome. More positions could be included in the JD builder.

The system was user friendly. The ability to filter with city and size of company was great.
