No issues. Team has been super on top of things. Dhanraj from their team saved me one time when i had forgotten a key filing deadline and the team hustled to get it done for me in the last moment. life saver.

Recently they moved from usage based pricing to subscription based pricing. This will need some refinement.

The amazingly helpful team. They are literally a call away as the Calendly links of the customer support manager and other relevant folks are available on chat. They are well-prepared and get things done!

Not much really. Taxation and compliance are complicated areas so obviously, a lot can be done to solve for that.

1. The best part about Inkle for us is the complete visibility of all our upcoming compliances, why they are required, when they are due etc.2. Easy chat interface with timely reminders for things that are required from us.3. Great team, who take care of things proactively and do not require any mental bandwidth on our front. They are always there to advise/guide us with respect to any questions that we may have.4. Easy way for us to provide any information that we need to give to them through the step by step forms that they have got for each compliance. These forms are also auto filled for most of the things based on our existing information & bank account integrations etc., we just have to review those and confirm.

Inkle alleviates the burdensome compliance and bookkeeping challenges that arise from overseeing a US company as a non-resident. Moreover, the team has fostered a sense of trust in their accounting and bookkeeping services, and I can confidently state that the founders genuinely care about the problem and their customers.

Occasionally, I harbor concerns about the inability to contact the team directly by phone in urgent situations. Nevertheless, despite Inkle's chat-based system, I have never encountered any significant delays in their responses. As a result, my apprehensions have yet to materialize.

Product itself. How intuitive and user friendly it is.

Monthly subscription is of less value. I don't need it every month and mandatory subscription to do anything isn't needed when you charge fees.

We would love to have additional features for US business like BRs, Stock mgmt etc, so that we have a single platform of truth

I just don't need a user interface to manage my accounts, service is the most important aspect. Inkle provides a perfect blend of technology + human service, which is key for accounts and taxation!

Nothing as of now, A+ service till now. Anand is also extremely helpful!

I love the quick customer support and the software which helps get a 360 view of finance and compliance functions. I also appreciate the fact that the [sensitive content hidden] is an expert in the field and often goes above and beyond to give his time to consult on some essential questions.

There were some small ux issues initially in the software however they have already been fixed once reported.
