Pros

Have been on it since the start of the company and has worked great. Customer support is always there when we have a question and it serves our needs great.
Overall, it has been a great experience. Support is excellent, and the company works to constantly improve the product and keep the features competitive with what's available in the market.
Sage Intacct is a great tool that comes with a huge assortment of functions within the core application along with integration capabilities all while having great performance and uptime.

Pros

It can be used anywhere and anytime as long as you have access to internet. Beanworks customer service is outstanding fast and very responsive.
Approval being automated is nice, not having tons of papers handed out for approval. SYnc feature seems to always be slow or have issues.
It's also amazing how it links to Jonas with updated information. It keeps everything organized and if I need to view anything in particular, the search options are very helpful.

Cons

It is very difficult to rectify the error as this software makes difficult to go back and change the numbers.
Sage intacct was the worst experience I have had with any accounting system implementation. I basically did all of the integration and system set up and paid them to do it.
There were many work arounds and technical problems that created alot of unneeded headaches and work.

Cons

Also, sync errors are difficult to find and no alerts for such as given.
Inability to lock a date from being input; after the close, we do not want billing dates for the closed quarter to be input, and Beanworks does not offer an option for this.
Inability to change approval channels. This may be more company specific and attached to function vs actual software limitation.
