Sage intacct was the worst experience I have had with any accounting system implementation.  I basically did all of the integration and system set up and paid them to do it.  I would not recommend this company or wasting your money.

Best colud ERP software

Overall Sage Intacct has been a good accounting system for our company's needs but it could be better.  I still research if there is a better system for us every time an Intacct does an update that breaks one of our processes.  This happens at least once a year and it takes significant amount of time to resolve.

Sage Intacct has great revenue recognition

I use Sage everyday for billing, credit and collections, AR reconciliations. There are pros and cons, however overall, I enjoy using the software.

Highly satisfied with Sage Intacct because of it's affordable pricing as per the requirement. Operative interface allows quick work done and most of the features can be customed.

Most personalized and affordable accounting and finance management software.

There is now less clutter in our information thanks to this. During my last project, we migrated our paper files over here. Simple, straightforward dashboards have been developed using it. Now we can spend less time auditing and more time making better decisions. The ability to use wildcards in my bill search was fantastic, just as in Excel.

Using Intacct is incredible user friendly, there were some glitches at first but wonderful tech crew to assist in creating solutions.

Overall, I've had a pretty good experience with Intacct.  If they could work on the few complaints, I would be happier.  I just don't have time to create a ticket for every defect unless it truly affects the company.

Software that's easy to use and manage.

Sage Intacct has been a great overall experience for us. We are using Sage Intacct to streamline our financial processes, from billing to budgeting. We have been able to automate certain processes, like payment reconciliation and month-end close, which has saved us time and money. We have also been able to gain better visibility into our financials, which has helped us make better decisions. We have also gained a better understanding of our financials and can now more accurately forecast our future financial performance. Overall, Sage Intacct has been a great solution for our business and has helped us achieve greater financial efficiency.

Exemplary Product and Service

Like most lawyers, I find billing and invoicing to be tedious.  It's my least favorite aspect of the business.  I used another product (Sage) for many years. It made me pull my hair out with frustration, as everything about it was clunky and difficult to use.  TimeSolv is by contrast, easy and even pleasant to use.  What a game changer. I highly recommend it.

Excellent product, great service, couldn't be hppier

I've been using TimeSolv now for a few weeks and could not be happier! I can't believe that I fell for using Timeslips by Sage for so long (12 years) before finding TimeSolv.  Extremely easy to use and does not require buying the software every two years to maintain support.  The support offered with TimeSolv is the best money can't buy.  Because it is included!

Overall, it has been a great experience. Support is excellent, and the company works to constantly improve the product and keep the features competitive with what's available in the market.

Have been on it since the start of the company and has worked great. Customer support is always there when we have a question and it serves our needs great.

The customizing of reports is great. The simplicity is nice and it's easy to navigate around and for the most part pretty easy to train on.

It's very easy to use and integrates well with a number of other products, such as MineralTree and SalesForce.
