Master Electricians Australia's Partnership with Integrum Management Systems

Reviewed 6 years ago

Master Electricians Australia (MEA) is a dynamic and modern trade association recognised by industry, government and the community as the electrical industry's leading business partner, knowledge source and advocate. As such, MEA provides members with a subscription based HSEQ System to help ensure members meet their obligations. The MEA safety system started as a paper based management system...

Pros

- The highly configurable modules of the system - Easy of use - Ability to design the user interface - Ongoing development - Value for money - Business intelligence reporting platform is very powerful - Ability to make configuration changes in house rather then having to go to Integrum for changes

Cons

MEA has a unique setup, with over 2500+ different companies falling under the same overall system. This has presented challenges as the Integrum management system had not been used in this capacity before. MEA and Integrum continue to reslove issues around this. There is currently limited mobile capabilities through smartphones, this area of the system is ever improving.

CAF Aust RMIS

Reviewed 2 years ago

Very low uptake of the system, probably because of initial setup. Reports are poor and require significant effort to create for fortnight and monthly reports to the board. Frustrating that the system does not link risks, issues and controls.

Pros

The software has not failed, can be accessed by all in the company, could be worthwhile but not set up correctly.

Cons

Poorly setup, not intuitive for most users, reports are difficult to retrieve, no linkage between risks, no linkage to issues register, controls are not easy to manage or report, does not provide quantitative analysis, not all report functions work well, difficulty in reporting on basic indices such as top risk and exposure, reports are based on this month (not previous months which should be selectable)

Vendor response

Hi Geoff. We are sorry to hear about your experience. We've passed your feedback onto the team. Please feel free to get in touch with us to discuss this further.

Integrum White Label Review

Reviewed 3 years ago

Implementation of the software was successful with a very took take up from users. The reporting and analysis of information is quite straight forward.Other business units have seen the benefits of the system, which has required additional in-house development for other business functions. These have been implemented with minimal cost.

Pros

From a user perspective it can be very easy to use, especially for untrained workers, but is subject to how the processes are designed. The system integrated well into existing processes and gave us better analysis and reporting through the BI tool.

Cons

Integration with systems are easy, however when organisational structures are undertaken support is required from the vendor.

User Review

Reviewed 3 years ago
Pros

Display size for most things is fairly easy to see and read

Cons

It feels very clunky, and when using it you feel like your at an end spot to be able to move along to the next part but its not, entering an incident and creating the actions can be very time consuming and not as user friendly as you would want. duplication has been to easy to do as it can take a long time for it to load, and then i need to log back in as an administrator to remove my duplicate and others that are communicated as its a common occurrence.

Multi purpose tool that streamlines practices, removes paper-based processes and centralises data

Reviewed 3 years ago

We have deployed it to a rail construction project which is operating much like a startup. The ability to fill gaps in our existing processes or the the basis for development is very powerful and efficient.

Pros

That Super Users are able to undertake ongoing development and deployment activities without the need to involve Integrum resources. It allows the organisation to be agile in identifying a need and deploying a fix exceptionally quickly.

Cons

Visually / aesthetically it isn't the prettiest to look at, but it is built to work not look pretty.

Integrum rollout review

Reviewed 4 years ago

We made the decision to rollout out Integrum across the APAC division of the company. We had an old intranet system and as many companies, a large amount of spreadsheets and databases capturing data. We decided we need a system that would do everything for us in areas of Safety, Risk and Environmental reporting. We are still at rollout / pilot stage and configuring the system.

Pros

Ease of Use Intuitive Functionality over a wide range of business activities Flexibility of the smart forms / development and customization

Cons

Initial configuration prior to rollout / pilot. Imperative to make sure communications are fully in synch between system developers and the client. If this is confirmed the development team are very committed and dedicated in getting the system exactly the way you require it for your specific operations.

- Highly Configurable - Easy to Use - Cost effective

Cons

- Interface from other application / systems

Safety Management

Reviewed 3 years ago
Pros

The software seems to have the potential to capture and report on a varying number of elements within an organisation and the ability to customise to suit our requirements had some attraction.

Cons

The user interface is relatively intuitive but the back end requires more than an average understanding to gain the best out of it.

Did the trick

Reviewed 2 years ago

Mostly positive. Technically speaking they have delivered what we needed eventually, but have sometimes needed chasing up on simple small tickets.

Pros

We mostly use it for reporting safety incidents/near misses. Seems to work well for this, simple but effective. Dashboard and pages are quite simple to customize too.

Cons

User management could be a bit cumbersome - often had to go to support team to make small changes, didn't seem able to view all of the information myself as an administrator.

Vendor response

Thank you for the feedback Nick. There is still room for us to improve. If we can assist you further please get in touch with our team.

Integrum for Health, Safety and Environmental management

Reviewed 8 years ago

Adshel selected Integrum as preferred partner for the implementation of a WHS&E solution following a successful deployment at an APN Group sister company. Integrum helped us transforming our business from heavy manual processes to paperless, streamlined and controlled processes. The implementation went as per the plan and budget. The team has proven to be extremely reliable and reactive when required. We went live about a year ago and we haven't had a single issue with the product. I highly recommend Integrum for all HS&E related initiatives.

Good product with areas of opportunity

Reviewed 3 years ago
Pros

The product is user-friendly, easy to navigate.

Cons

Some features can be improved. It would be good to be able to export dashboards and to be able to generate more visual reports.
