Pros

Sandbox has always been extremely helpful anytime I have needed them. The support staff is amazing and so friendly.
Our overall experience with Sandbox Childcare Management has been excellent and we are very happy with the software and service.
My executive is just awesome. She helps with anything and is always available.

Cons

Very user-friendly, I did have trouble keeping up with the orientation day when connected through "Go To Meeting.
If you are looking for a heavy and clunky software with every option under the sun, you've come to the wrong place.
Inability for parents to reply to newsfeed posts.
