Pros

Pros

Love the fact that if I have a question someone is ready for a chat to help me whenever. Customer service is amazing.
Ve been using Shoflo and love it. At first, our show caller didn't want to use it, but we did a bigger event with multiple vendors and he was impressed.
It is this wonderful support that truly makes a great product.

Cons

Cons

It has cut down on anxious questions and my phone ringing in mid-show since everyone knows what is going to happen next. I really couldn't imagine doing a show without Shoflo.
Not to mention the frustration with being able to do it fast enough and accurately each time.
We always had paper run sheets but if something changed during a rehearsal, all the posted run-sheets were instantly obsolete. We looked at several other systems.
