It's worth the money. spend a little more to get what you pay for. You'll make it back in time and convenience.

ProSeries Tax is the tax software solution offered by Intuit. Very easy to use to prepare and file taxes.
Convenient, and saves time.
Some states have had complaints about errors in their returns. Also, sometimes it's hard to find a specific form.

Its so easy to use and the step by step process makes it easy to pick up and use right a way. No extra training is required.
The price is a little steep and if not using for multiple returns its hard to justify the cost of it.

Hello, I am Mika and am a service associate in New York city. I found this software valuable and easy to use. No regrets to spend money on ProSeries. I had some issues once but when got help from my expert seniors, I was quite sure for accurate tax returns and got the better idea to use this software. I've found ProSeries even better than turbo-tax.
Easy and user-friendly interface. Its quiet interesting to learn a number of things with this commerce platform.
Not much, but before any help, I was confused with its functionality. But now, Its Fine to use.

Overall I think the software is well worth the price! The price is very reasonable compared to other tax software.
I think the software is very user friendly and simple to change from one software to another. The customer service has been great!! They will sit on the phone with you until the problem is fixed!!
I would prefer to be able to see the "input" of the information better, ie. Lacerte format. I came from a Lacerte background where the input background was very in depth.

It is so easy to use and track everything! It links to everything you need it to. It has a smooth, user friendly interface.
I do not make enough money right now to justify purchasing it. When you purchase there was not an option that was offered just what I need. I do not need most of the features, and would have been more likely to pay for it happily if I didn't have to pay for so many things I don't need.

Good program to use
Application was pretty easy to use, everything was laid out for you and done properly. Would use again.
Might not be application's fault but would've liked to be able to see prior years returns. Tried accessing it but you have to pay.

The pros outweigh the cons on this software. As I stated it keeps you up-to-date on all tax laws which is definitely a plus for everyone.
This Intuit ProSeries Tax software keeps you in the know about the latest tax laws. Makes for less errors when preparing you taxes.
Now be patient if you need customer service because the wait times can be a little lengthy.

This makes it easy to store and make reports in regards to profits and losses giving me a better overview of my tax finances
Software walks the user through all necessary tax forms and makes calculations, making it easy to file taxes.
A little tedious for a user who may not have a very complex tax filing, some information may not be necessary such as property filing or stocks.

It was good but needs some improvement too as customer support is not available to everyone.
It's ease of use and w2 automatic gets imported very well
It doesn't ask explicitly that if the user is a resident or not and selects every user as a resident and it's not very easily changeable too.

We have had a positive experience with Proseries Tax.
What did you like most about this software is that it is very userfriendly and an easy tool for those familiar with turbotax.
What I like least about this software, is that it is not ideal for firms that have a alrge client base.

Proseries has a flaw, it does not support e-filing tax preparers with foreign addresses, of which I have many. Annoying.
