Lo que mas me ha gustado de este software, es que me permite llevar la contabilidad mensual, facturas y cotizaciones a mis clientes, de manera fácil y sencilla. Me ayuda a llevar un orden en los pagos y en los costos de mis productos. Es excelente para mi negocio.
Me gustaría, que cuando uno envía una cotización al cliente, salga el monto total en el encabezado del correo electrónico. No se vuelve atractiva la propuesta para el cliente, sino que ocasiona un rechazo inmediato, y provoca que el cliente no abra el documento adjunto con las especificaciones del producto, los costos y condiciones de pago.

Fast and intuitive, allow me to manage my invoices, quote, recurring from one interface.
Nice UI/UX, really impressive on how easy it is to manage your business with that. I also love the buy buttons, that allow to turn any web page in a professional shop.
I'm also using the open source version of it, and the optimization is still a bit misterious, I have a bit of troubles to make it as fast as the online version. But I'll figure it out :)

It used to be great but now its not so good expecially when your informtion is not available the customer service team are appauling they dont respond with helpful advice or a way to resolve the issues I think its being run from someones bedroom and you only get help when they are awake NOT GOOD
This software used to b excellent for invoicing and keeping up to speed with customers information and I would recommend it
The software has changed and you cannot access historical customers information without being held to ransom to pay for upgrades or not get your information

I went with the hosted paid version, which allows me to include my logo and custom number my invoices. I can keep a simple product list for filling in my invoices, and accept payments with Stripe. Clients have had no problem paying their invoices since I started in January 2017.
I wish it accepted both Stripe and PayPal, but I haven't figured that out. Occasionally it hangs for a bit after creating a new client but doesnt freeze anywhere else. The reports are useful, but the Tax Rate one doesn't include the client's name, only invoice numbers and from what I can tell it is in first name order when I look the numbers up.

When I started to use Invoice Ninja, I didn't know all the options and possibilities nevertheless the opensource version was quick to install. During my updates and using the program I started to love the program and started exploring all features. All my yearly and monthly invoices are sent automatically and time registration is done with a breeze.
The only Con is that in the community version is not a update the software button. The update process in itself is simple (overwriting all files with the updates files) it could be easier.

Invoice Ninja has no competitors in it's class!
every feature works and is easy to configure, it is reliable and works with so many payment gateways! The tech team really keeps up with hard to find features such as client signature on PDF invoice! that one alone is very hard to find in almost any other software without a lot of work to implement. It's mobile friendly with no CSS modifications required.

After years of searching for invoice software to meet my personal technological demand I found Invoice Ninja. I am absolutely blown away! Operating a small business is no task for the meek, but when your invoicing software allows you to document so much to one invoice you know you have your bases covered. Above every other great part of this program I am very please with it's simplistic interface. -documents attached to e-mail and pdf -mobile app just as clean as the web interface -diverse payment gateways -2FA security (never thought I would use this but they made this very easy) -variety of from free to paying solutions with a few added benefits to each -exports as needed
when I find some I'll have to come back and fill this in.

It’s been tough a couple times early on when it has messed up and all my customers notice but overall lately it’s been very good !
It is something I can afford and it does all I need to operate the business.
Sometimes it glitches between or in updates and I need higher support.

Easy to create invoices for my clients, automatic follow up emails.
Free tier is great for creating invoices. Even the top tier is cost effective for Freelancers or Small Businesses who need the extra features. Always being updated, it is open source so if you want to assist or add your own features you can do what you want.
Could use a time-tracking feature, especially if it is aimed towards freelancers who are wanting to bill their time.

This is a helpful way for me to manage my company's invoices especially on the go. It is perfect for my self ran business.
Easy to setup and use out of the box. Lots of information if you need help. Can create multiple companies and multiple users.
The invoice preview wasn't working for me by default. I had to download every invoice to just see what I was sending. I googled a small and simple fix. I just had to disable a setting and previews worked as expected.

InvoiceNinja is a minimally priced invoicing solution that perfectly fits our need to keep up with the taxation laws of India.
We recently started using InvoiceNinja for our tax accounting and invoicing. - Our major headache of generating invoices manually was solved by InvoiceNinja as the whole process is fairly automatic once set up. - The free version was extremely useful as all the critical functions were readily available and we performed adequate testing before implementing it. - Tax rate settings were easy to set up, as it is complicated to set up all the Indian CGST, SGST and IGST tax slabs. - PDF creation is another feature that was the deciding factor. - We also had the option for charging gateway fees that we set up to offset transaction fees charged by RazorPay. - The best thing is that its interface was easy to learn and we also set up automations linked with it.
- Navigation is bulky and confusing, could have been made better. - There are glitches present and you need customar support to fix them. - Recurring invoices are hard to set up. That's pretty much it.

A central database with clients and providers, invoices, estimates, payments . they have a mobile app and also a time tracking software.
Excellent product, the support its awesome. My experience in general its very grateful, tried several invoices system but this has just what I need. Thanks Invoice Ninja for this excellent product. A Happy client!... Happy Days!

I use the self hosted version! 1) Very simple to install 2) Very simple to update 3) Very fast interface with direct preview of the invoice 4) Very comfortable api
The Invoice Design is very minimalistic/simple. There a not options like indent positions or subtotal of lines. There is no option to assign the "payment" method to the invoice.

Time saving and a more professional look.
Very quick to load and double check what is going on with respect to invoices so you don't need to have the software open all the time.
If you come from an accounting background some of the reports are unconventional. For instance the Statement only shows outstanding items and not a full audit trail.

This service has made it easier for me to do work that I need to do, managing client information and invoicing them.
I love that it is web-based. Also, it's a plus that it is open-source. It has got really useful features. I love that I can use it for CRM, invoicing and quotes. Clients also get their own invoice-payment dashboard too.
The only downside I could think of is there is no easy way to manually do curency conversion. They have an automated conversion, which works well. But, when I'm paid in a foreign currency, I need to use the currency conversion information from a different source. As far as I can tell, there isn't an easy way to do it custom like that.

It does automated billing tasks that are beyond the ability of many other (much higher cost) software we've looked at.
It accomplishes a task (automatic, variable-sum, bank drafts) that few services can do (and those that can do it for materially more cost). It works quite well on all my devices, you can integrate it with nearly anything at this point...
The UX is a little wonky sometimes. More clicks/loading than should be needed to do some tasks (related to manual record entry is where I've seen it the most).

Integrates with basically every payment processor Ease of use is through the roof Plenty of documentation and forum support
I really REALLY wish I could manage project expenditures without charging them to the client. It would be amazing if I could allocate money to my freelancers within this dashboard

10 out of 10. Easy to use, good user interface and overall great system. All invoicing options are available. 100% working and reliable.
This is only on a selfhosted system: Automatic backup options are only possible with knowledge of SQL. You can export settings and data by hand but you cant do it automatically .

Very easy to use Clean and straight forward Simple, with fundamental features Customize invoice capability
The only thing that took me a while to figure out was how to customize the invoice layout the way I needed. I had pre-printed invoices so I needed each field to be printed in the proper spot.

prior to invoice ninja, I was trying to keep track of what people owed me and when in a spreadsheet and in my head which resulted in some getting really long free trials. this has completely eliminated that mess and made is supper simple for both me and my clients
its simple to use has helpful info for linking online payment processors to it, very user friendly on the customer's end
you can not link one person to multiple companies but I think they are fixing this in V5 so it will soon be a none issue
