It breaks down Dollar Charges into many, many Cent Charges for some reason. If I have a Lowe's charge of $98.22, it will break it down into Cents ranging from 1to 91, it's crazy.

The only problem I have run into was when I needed to take a pic of a receipt on SutiExpense App from my Android device and I was unable to do it.

I have been unable to upload the expenses to QB for a month now and Concur is unable to figure out why. VERY frustrating to be paying for a product that is not even useful. SAP Concur is a great software for a big organization like Fiserv. I would say this because it is very easy to control expenses and grant approvals for trips.

Now I make very few mistakes entering receipts but if I error I can fix the mistake easily. We have only been on Certify 4 months, but our sales staff seem pleased with the ease of use. Also downloading the monthly detail for our record retention is a great feature.

Before I found this app it was always a headache to claim my expenses for business trips. I am sure that I also lost money from receipts that went missing. For the amount of money per month, I more than save that amount from the convenience of the software. There are a few bugs (like any software) that I hope get fixed to make the experience even better.

The program is now getting glitchy and the newest update is just terrible looking and terrible functionally. The user friendly platform this software is based on is easy to use and extremely helpful. It will help organize your business and it is always improving. It probably is me and my lack of understanding, but I still have not figured out how to create an intake form. That is frustrating, but I think eventually I will get it.

If an error is missed and needs to be corrected after initial payroll is processed there is no way to do this between Tsheets and ADP. There appears to be no way to brake out workers comp codes. The tracking feature is nice and the ease of use of both the desktop and mobile app are great.
